My first time on a Go Bus. Newton MA to Manhattan. Parking at Riverside station for the weekend was easy and inexpensive with the PayByPhone app. Friendly and helpful agent replaced my online 9am ticket with one for 8am (I arrived earlier than I'd originally planned), and informed me I was being credited $5 for the difference in price! I appreciated the free wipes and water bottles. USB power and WiFi worked. On time at both ends. My only complaint is the cup holder - It was filthy on the bottom, and it was too weak to support the large water bottle.

They were quick to refund the cost of my ticket when I had to cancel my trip from Boston to New York due to Coronavirus concerns.

I was not able to take the bus from VA to NYC because my meeting was cancelled due to COVID19 issue. Customer support was very responsive. Although I did not get a refund, receiving a response to my email was important to me. I am happy with this bus company and will remain my choice of transport to NYC.

Cancelled my trip due to this darn corona virus. Easy process and got my refund immediately.

1st time experience and I wasn’t disappointed.

No lighting in bus, including the bathroom!! Next time I will take a day trip with natural light shining...

The ride was great. Very smooth and handled very professionally. Except for one gigantic problem… Why is a bus traveling from Boston to New York City leaving New York City via the George Washington Bridge and reentering New York City via the Lincoln tunnel? Why did we have to drive through New Jersey? It added a half an hour to our ride for no reason!

1st bus left 15 minutes late. Made an unscheduled stop. Arrive at destination 45 minutes late.

2nd bus. Arrived late. Wouldn’t allow passengers on. Bus was dirty. Toilet was disgusting. Driver was rude and inappropriate. Bus #6722 from Manhattan to Manassas, Saturday 2/29/2020. Plenty of witnesses and unhappy passengers.

The rules of this platform sound like you just want good reviews so I don’t expect it to be published or acted upon. But I can prove every accusation.

The ticket price is competitive, schedule was very convenient. The bus left and arrived on time. The driver was professional and polite. Even bottled water was offered on board. Excellent service, thank you!

Check in/boarding a little confusing, disorganized.

Good value, comfortable ride, but an hour late.

Bus to NYC was full. My teenage sons had to sit in the last seat, next to the bathroom and their feet rested on tire humps so they could put their feet down. Bumpy ride. My fit bit registered steps although I never got up. Return ride to Riverside, MA the bathroom was a port a poddy no flush. Some reading lights were blown out. Nice friendly drivers.

same driver both ways; he was excellent, didn't play radio. I gently asked him to turn the heat up a little and there was absolutely no problem. Smartest driver I've ever had. bathroom had no hand cleaner either way. Need hand clean and something to dry with.

Seats not comfortable. I kept sliding. Almost like the base was angled down too much. Going to NY, very jerky ride not smooth. Driver inexperienced?? Traffic??? Not sure.

But, for the price and location pickup (Vienna Metro) I would still use go bus again!
