I placed the order and tried to cancel 5 minutes after I ordered I was told it was already in the shippers hands and I was too late, cancellation policy said 12 hours. That was July 25, 2025 still haven't received tracking # or parcel. After multiple emails all trying to cancel they said they would send another parcel. I told them I don't want it but they are ignoring me, if hasn't been sent cancel it. Still no tracking and no items. They are horrible to deal with and not backing their policy. Do not deal with this company,
