Folks this site is not a dating site, it is for chatting and creating an "online fantasy." In defense of Go Chatty, they do not claim anything but meeting someone to chat with so technically they are not doing anything illegal. Understand the people you are speaking to are paid to do this, some of them make $200 plus dollars a day to get you to buy and spend as many coins as possible (link below to an article from someone who worked in the industry). I was a member of a similar site last year and despite spending thousands over many months communicating with a few women, they did not nor would they ever meet in person. They all claim it is "safer" to just keep talking on the site. Ok so a person that you have been talking to for 6 months that projects strong feelings of love, etc. for you is unwilling to meet in a public place for a coffee or lunch, the most non-threatening situation? Lol. I learned the hard way so I when I came across Go Chatty I was skeptical. My concerns were confirmed when 2 of the women that tried to connect with me were the same women from the site I was apart of last year!! Folks, this is the modern equivalent of 1980's phone sex lines; if you are ok with that, no judgements here however if you think that you are going to meet your future girlfriend, boyfriend / wife or husband on Go Chatty you are kidding yourself.

You get charged a lot every time you corespond. I just a few days I was billed almost 2000 dollars.

I notice while using the site that more and more letters, photos and videos are sent out by the women encouraging the recipient to open them. These emails, photos and videos are expensive to open and quickly drain your account. This makes me think that there is something fishy here and it just does not pass the smell test. The profiles could be fake or not be fake, but the more I have used this site, the less confidence I have in it.

I love that this dating site places such a high priority on safety. The verification process is fantastic because it means there are no fake profiles, which makes me feel safe sharing my experiences. I've met some very interesting people, and we've been chatting about common topics for weeks now. It's a great, safe, and fun place to find love and friendship.

Finally, a place where reading a bio actually matters. Found a guy who gets my weird humor. It feels like the old internet, in a good way.

GoChatty is a scam and filled with nothing but deceitful people portraying people they are not. Don't concentrate so much on the conversation or you'll get caught up like me. Focus on the backgrounds of their pictures, decipher if its AI (most often it is). Ask them a question that you know the answer to and they will either not answer your question but ask you one to cover up your question. Ask them what time it is where they live. Over $1000 later, I'm convinced, these people work for GoChatty and everyone is in it to make money. If they say they're an airline pilot, ask them what airline. Radio silence or they'll ask you a question. One guy said he was a cardiologist in Los Angeles. The background in his picture was a hospital in Alabama. Scam artists, ALL OF THEM. Don't waste your money!!! Stop now before they suck you in with pleasantries and B.S.

So far this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dating app. The matches I’m getting actually seem to fit my personality, which doesn’t happen very often on other apps. I also enjoy just browsing through profiles and reading about people’s lives and interests. It makes the whole thing feel more real somehow. The chat works smoothly and it’s easy to start conversations. Overall it’s been a really nice experience so far

It's okay. Good for casual conversation

I forgot what butterflies felt like until I joined. Seeing that "typing..." indicator from her actually makes me smile. We haven't met yet, but the emotional bond is stronger than my last relationship. It proves that words still have power if you use them right. Thank you, GoChatty.

Took me a few days to get a reply, so don't expect instant magic. But when I did, it was a real paragraph, not just "hi." People actually put effort into conversations here. That’s rare.

Bad, bad idea Take it from someone that has had good relationships with women , don't ever think you will find someone on this site , cause most likely you won't . I had put forth effort in this to try this but women here will string you along , if they are real ,they really like wasting your time and money Please do yourself a favor , and go back to meeting someone, asking them out, And I do believe these women make money off you, For example , I've been on here for months , Every time you go on ,you see the photos of supposedly available women.Therr is one that the first day , she contacted me , She is as beautiful as they come, I didn't respond . But guess what , to this day she is still there.I would think if she was real , guys would really be interested in her.There are so many other issues , so don't waste your hard earned cash on this

Same as others. I can tell when not real when the person is supposed to be in the same area as me gets the time wrong. Also, English is broken, not using the correct words or writing notation. Refusing to contact by email because they know I can discover what country they are from. The translators are not perfect but I have a perfect grasp of the English language so can't be fooled. Also they refuse to remove my listing and also charged my credit card without authorizing and each letter you type they charge which they don't tell you. You could spend $100 in less than half an hour as I found out. The service rep even refused to tell me what country he is from.

I like how focused the platform is. Everything feels intentional and calm.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. Promises were made but never delivered. Constant issues, poor communication, and zero accountability. I regret ever signing up.
