Delivery took forever

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sell under different names; however the cardigan that has been advertised by them is a total scam. The largest size (XXL) they sell will not even fit a 6 yr old. This product is made for a child not an adult. They will not refund and even if you wanted to return it it gets returned to China which high makes the shipping cost more than the cardigan. And the purchaser pays return shipping. DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM! SCAM!

Even the amount is fake, it says 80 ml, it’s more like 20 ml. Bottle is cheap plastic, took a month to get here!!

SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. DISAPPOINTED THAT FACEBOOK AND IG DOESNT HAVE A VOUCHING PROCESS TO WEED OUT THESE FAKE COMPANIES. MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED, EVEN THOUGH IT SAID 5-7 DAYS DELIVERY ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND THEY COULDNT EVEN PROVIDE ANY TRACKING INFO. ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT SINCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED ALREADY. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA, NOT MONTANA U.S.A. LIKE THEY CLAIM ON THEIR WEBSITE! I WISH I GOULD GIVE 0 STARS!

I bought a shaver which did not shave anything. The company refused to refund me or send me a working product.

I've ordered convertible purse from them Dec. 22, 2023 and have yet to receive item. I've been in contact with their online customer service but just promises. I've asked for refund but to no avail. The last message said that our post office wasn't able to deliver and item wouldn't even go back to their warehouse. I was told that if I still wanted the purse, I have to pay for the item and shipping fee. Scam me once, shame on you!

This website is a scam. They sent me a tracking number and link that is not valid. I checked with my mail carrier and she took care of my problem. She came back to me the next day that's when she told me about the tracking number. I've placed my order last Dec.19, 2023. I kept emailing them about my order and they kept telling me sorry, your order is on it's way. Today is January 28, 2024, I never received my order. Please don't order from gochicgolden. I'm the latest victim.

Very bad! False representation, the bag is smaller than appeared on IG and poor quality material. I’ve wrote many time and they response is always the same, they apologize without providing a satisfying solution or reimbursement.

I got the backpack but totally different from what I saw on IG. The pocket on the right side is defected piece. The shoulder straps didn't have words on it. I emailed them but no one answer. Materials is bad too.
Everything is totally different for what expected. So so disappointed. I don't have a chance to return for refund. Because no one reply my messages.....
