I have been very pleased with your service. I love the selection of coffee. I think that some of the coffees can be mislabeled between dark and medium. I order primarily medium coffee and sometimes what i get is a dark roast. Other than that i have 0 complaints.

Customer service and product quality are beyond anything I have encountered in recent years. I will be a customer for life!

The selection of niche, hard to find coffee is truly amazing. This wealth of choices, however, is matched only by the speed of their delivery. The product I ordered came 2 days ahead of scheduled.

The one negative, and it's not directed at GoCoffee is the disturbing fact that most of the roasters listed offer beans only in 12 oz. Really? Talk about unrepentant reptilian poop. Instead of raising their prices, these roasters think that most customers won't notice the absence of 4 oz. Brazen; just utterly vile and brazen.

I will probably order again (hell, I'll definitely order) only because of Go Coffee's great selection; however, my go to and steady fix will continue to be Lavazza. Even though most of their roasts taste the same, at least for almost the same price, you get 2.2 pounds of beans.

Scott & Ellise have created one of the best websites I've ever used. It is so easy to navigate, reviews are easy to find for specific coffee, and if there is ever any question about a shipment, they are a keystroke away. If I ever loose my computer, I'm hoping I can call and place an order. Do not miss an opportunity to get some great coffee!!!!!!

Fresh roasted coffee and arrives quickly after. The price is good for the quality of coffee you get. I have to hide a bag at home or else family drinks it up before I can enjoy more than a few cups.

Just wish they could have just one reasonable freight when your ordering multiple different coffees instead of a freight on each one...

I ordered my coffee on Jan 14, 2016 and the order was apparently lost. I was never notified. I ended up having to contact the company who informed me that it was never sent. It took over two weeks for my coffee to arrive. I plan on ordering from a different web site next time.

I LOVE the humor abundantly found throughout the website creating an exceptional personality that instantly adds enjoyment to the procees of learning/buying coffee.

The coffee had great flavor! I purchased 2 12oz. bags, and they were to come ground. Unfortunately, one came as whole beans. Now I need a grinder. Again, it was tasty coffee.

Klatch House Espresso showed up at my door, 3 bags, roasted 3 days earlier. I like it fresh so this was perfect for me.

Henry's blend is my new everyday coffee obsession. All of the products I have purchased have been great; freshly roasted and true to their description. Shipping never takes as long as the site estimates and I live across the country. I will never go back to supermarket coffee.
