I didn't appreciate the fact that I was not warned about the monthly debits, nor interests.
The recommended items were not according to my taste.
The terms and conditions are not clearly stipulated and come across as a scam.

The customer service needs work on, because I reported this case months ago and I'm only receiving a response now which has caused a major inconvenience on my side in order for me to stop the recurring debit orders on my side, without my consent
