Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service which started in the sand lake location who then pushed me off to their corporate customer service. I signed up on a 6 month promotion to include a Rukus sweatshirt, which was supposed to be waiting for me when I went to the first class, which was not. They rudely told me to pick one up at their corporate location, mind you during covid, and I said no please mail it to me or have corporate send to this studio, and they never did, so I called customer service and emailed and they said they would mail it, and I never received it and when I emailed them a reply to their email stating they would mail it, they said they ran out. This has been a three month back and forth and isn't even about the sweatshirt anymore but the principal. I will never use this cycling studio again. I got the impression overall that corporate Rukus does not care about you, they only want your money.
