I purchased the Goda Perfume and Body Silk Oil after seeing all the advertising, but honestly the products were very disappointing. The perfume scent fades in less than 2–3 hours and does not last as advertised. The Body Silk Oil also did not make any noticeable difference to my skin despite regular use.

The products feel heavily marketed online, but the actual quality does not match the price and result . I also had to pay additional custom duties, which made the purchase even more frustrating.

Now I am requesting a refund for my money, but the company is not helping me properly with the return shipment. Instead of resolving the issue, they are offering me discounts for my next purchase. Why would I buy another product when the current one is not working well for me?

Overall, not worth the money and I would not recommend these products based on my experience.

I ordered this product on April 7 and received it on May 4th. At first I was disappointed because I didn't get any reaction from anyway, I kept using it so on my 4th day my CO workers and friends was commenting me on how good I smelled they were like what are you wearing it smells really good. It took a few days to kick in but after that non stop compliments... I really Love this product and it is true what they say about it... Gave a five star rating because Goda kept in touch with me through email and wanted my true opinion they really care about their customers and that's why I love this product🤙🫶

This company is terrible with their customers they are very inconsiderate. I tried to cancel a bogus order that was made off my credit card less than 24hrs after I saw the charge they told me they were gonna contact me after they looked over my order, a week later I received a email that it was being shipped i instantly contacted them only for them to tell me I cant get refunded bcus its in shipping status. Anytime a company care more about taking the customers money than satisfying the customers can not be trusted!

When I ordered this they've aid I should get it within a week. Messaged them several times to cancel as they never sent it and they stayed it was on backorder
Ask for refund and I kept getting the runaround. Never refund my $$$. The item Finally arrived. Never received traking info. It was over 1 month late. Do not believe the hype. I live with 3 men and none of them liked it. It os musky and smells old lavish. DONT BUY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SMELL

I love that I made the decision to buy this perfume. I wear it everyday because I love the way it smells on me. I get lots of complements on the smell.

Smells great and last a long time

Still waiting for an order I placed in January customer service if they respond to my email.only keeps offering me vouchers for a product I don't even know if I like. Worst company I have ever dealt with if it was possible I would give them a minus score and that is being generous.

I loved the smell and everyone was like what are you wearing. I love that.

This has been my signature scent since it was released. It's so sexy and flirty without being overpowering. It's light and fruity with a hint of floral. The scent lasts all day, and I constantly get compliments. The bottle is beautiful as well!

The product has been great but sent too often. I have been requesting cancellation for over a week and keep getting put off. I had originally planned on restarting when I start running low. I have now decided to not purchase from them as it has taken too much of my time to stop.

I think this is and is going to be one of Goda's best smelling and best selling fragrances in years. A true modern classic its what women should smell of!, and I'm just a humble guy saying this. Get it, ladies, you won't regret it, heaven.

Ordered the body oil as a one time order March 20th. It’s now May 15th I’ve emailed three times. They keep saying it’s been sent I’ve asked for a refund and they keep saying it’s been shipped only for me to receive a second email saying I will receive email confirmation when it’s moving.

This is excellent. My only concern was regarding the shipping details and the associated service. The information provided by USPS was unclear and lacked professionalism, as critical tracking numbers were missing. This resulted in a significant delay in shipping and a very late delivery. Consequently, I will not be placing future orders through the website.

The perfume and oil are great. They delivery took forever. Took almost a month when I paid for 2 day express delivery.

What a load of rubbish ! The product feels good at first but disappears after 10 min ! Was meant to keep body hydrated and smell for hours but no 😫 I tried to cancel the subscription ( which I was unaware I had subscribed ) and was sent another batch and more money being taken out ! Tried to send back which they agreed was ok but didn't give me any assurances I would get my money back !! Don't go near this company!

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have never experienced such poor customer service when trying to question that I had just made a purchase not a subscription. I tried several times to ask how to cancel and no one assisted me. I will be reporting them to Accc. I tried to let them know when they were sending second order that I did not order and I was basically ignored. Have never ever experienced such bad customer service

Would like to give 0 stars. Product is nothing more than baby oil with a different scent. No benefits. Company makes it impossible to cancel subscription that you did not know you signed up for. I am still making payments but not receiving any products. I have finally had to contact my credit card company to stop payments. Do not buy this product and get scammed.

I ordered $100 worth of products and I had a subscription, the next month I was charged $185. I spoke with someone from support who promised correct the error and mail the products. I never received my product so I asked for a refund. I was promised a refund the end of April and still haven't received it.

I love the fragrance. I want more!
