We were recommended by several friends (and others on social media) to go with Grant Ginno for our Mortgage advisor. The house we were buying was not on the Isle of Wight however, due to the reviews and recommendations we decided to go with Grant despite him not being local.
I can say with absolute confidence, that Grant has been the most professional, approachable and all round great Mortgage advisor.
Grant has gone above and beyond for us, particularly as myself & partner are not the most desirable on paper because of our jobs; Grant never gave us negative feedback or doubts about this, if anything he was more determined to help us achieve our goals, to which I can imagine others wouldn’t as it most certainly required a lot more work!
Grant efficiently communicated throughout the buying process and was honest with any barriers we faced, yet got through this smoothly without any added stress or worry for us and there was not any concern of his capabilities and knowledge within this field.
Grant has always been available in his communication via phone, email or message and has been so thorough, honest and genuinely so friendly.
I would recommend Grant to anyone looking to have a seamless and stress free process of getting on to the property ladder.
I can honestly say I wish I went with Grant for my first Mortgage! I could not recommend Grant enough if you want a professional yet friendly experience, who will always check in (which doesn’t often happen with other Mortgage advisors!) Thank you again for taking on the two most difficult clients, and continuing to stay in contact with us, even though your work with us was done!
Any future Mortgage needs or life insurance, we will most certainly use your company and more specifically Grant in the future.

Phenomenal Customer Service from Godfrey! I had a last minute order for customised kit for my son which after a quick call to Customer Service they turned around in a matter of days as he needed it for Training Camp.

Customer Service team could not have been more helpful or responsive.

Our rowing club has just started using Godfrey, as they were the best quality out of the 5 suppliers we researched. The kit is tastefully designed, and they supplied every item we asked for. A shop window was set up for us and the whole club ordered.
It arrived on time and everyone was happy with it. It is more expensive than a few other suppliers, but when you see the quality and fit you see why. Made to last! The customer service is second to none, huge shout out for the fantastic Sara! Who made sure no matter how late it was ordered, everyone had their kit for Scillies.

Not sure if a case/bag is available for the printed fabric portion, but that would be a good addition to the set.
Replacement or additional print sleeves/banners for the frame are hopefully an option as well, for future needs.
There was a tacky/sticky feel and a smell to the printed fabric initially, but it seems to be less so now on our second use for an upcoming event.
Assembly instructions within the case not as helpful as the PDF versions available on the web/product page (for download).

Experience was not positive overall, but that was certainly not Godfrey Group's fault. UPS lost our package so we missed having the product at a show. But our item was promptly reprinted and shipped. Thanks to everyone at Godfrey for great customer service.
