Unable to cancel subscription - customer service is rude and unwilling to help. Forced me to pay for 3 months of service with no ability to cancel.
They will do anything to keep forcing you to give them money despite your best efforts. I truly believe their website is intentionally designed for this to prevent you from cancelling your service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Make it look like you are buying a server for 1 month, then charge you with 3 the amount after the first month and refuse to refund
I bought myself a server for a month to play with my friends, then when we got tired from playing on it - i turned it off and thought that when my month will pass, the server will just disappear. But when i month has passed triple the original price was charged from my card, when i opened a ticket and told them that i didn't even touch the server for the last few weeks, and didn't know that it was a subscription, they told be that it is my fault and refused to refund my money. So it's basically a scam, they make you buy a server for very cheap price, make it look like 1 time payment, and they charge much more money the next month and refuse to refund!

This godawful server provider doesn’t allow you to refund if it steals your money over a non cancelled subscription which majority of providers do allow because it’s the right thing to do. They took money from my account which I do not have. apparently their refund policy only includes the very first payment you make on a server and not the renewal payments that will usually hit you for noticeably more (twice as much in my case) than the original payment.
their support is non-human so you don't even get a chance to explain your situation. miss the cancellation window by a single day and your money is gone, no partial refunds for early cancellations.

Practically a scam. I've purchased a VPS to host an rlcraft server to play with my friend and in 1 week of gameplay the network tab showed that we maxxed out our traffic bandwidth limit of 1000GB. Of course this was shocking as I've used many vps before for rlcraft servers and this never happened. Of course after a long ping pong with support they just simply don't care and state that 'all the calculations are correct' on their side and do not refund anything, so yeah. Heavily advise to NOT buy a VPS here if you don't enjoy battling support day-in day-out as well as trying to have a normal playing experience, not limited to 625 kBps.

Was looking for a server hoster for me and my buddies to play some Minecraft together, ill admit I didn't spend long - but one thing I consistently kept on finding were positive reviews for godlike hosting and no one else other than godlike hosting. so out of the assumption that these were honest reviews I decided to go with godlike hosting. Probably the biggest waste of money I could have asked for, which I deeply regret giving this scummy company any of my money.
The only praise I can give godlike is the server running perfectly for the first day. After that first day on a server that ended up being just me and one other friend was so consistently laggy, high tik delays, constant teleporting, mobs standing still and then all of a sudden they essentially teleport next to me. I can name countless other experiences like the servers CPU randomly spiking above the limit for no reason.
After spending a good few hours trying to find advice on how I can fix the server I was and still am yet to find any solution that brings any level of stability. so I decided to check the reviews and posts praising the server, which let me to a reddit post that appears when I look up "best Minecraft server hosting providers" which was one of the main reasons I bought into the server in the first place due to how it was being praised left and right, even by the mods, so many people having their message pinned about godlike hosting. it looked suspicious.
I kept scrolling down until I found a large quantity of posts from people in the threat having been deleted by the moderators. I could have assumed it as nothing or just troll posts until there were some responses agreeing that these other servers are really good, or even people agreeing that godlike has so many problems. to me it looked like any criticism of godlike was being deleted by the mods aswell as praise for servers that aren't godlike.
Just to make sure I wasn't being crazy I decided to do the research I should have done in the first place, finding a video which addresses some of the concerns I have. while some not being accurate now (the video is a year old at the time of this review) such as godlike at the time not being is appliance with Trustpilot's TOS (which at this moment in time seems to be solved), their use of giving out free servers to people who give them 5 star reviews confirms to me at least a significant portion of their reviews are at the very least fraudulent and are only written in exchange of free servers.
There are many other issues you could possibly find if you do the tiniest bit of research, some small, some scummy, some coming dangerously close to being a scam. all I can say is a company that makes a tier list on their own website and ranks themselves above every other competent server hoster in every aspect, aswell as making it as hard and annoying as possible to cancel is not a company I trust with my money
TLDR: Slow and laggy servers, fake 5 star reviews in exchange for free services, possibly collaborations with people who delete anything that praises any other server that isn't godlike, deleting bad reviews, hard to cancel, and rumors of them still charging your account after you've cancelled.

Bought high level server at a discount. Constantly lagged even with just two people on.
Then when I went to cancel it cause it had such poor preformance it was impossible to find the cancellation. They gave me notice of an invoice so I didn't pay it so they would cancel the service and they charged me again. I followed up with an email stating the service wasn't used and got a response that no doubt was written by a AI bot quoting Terms of Service. They care about money not that their servers work or that a customer isn't scammed.

I purchased it to test out minecraft hosting. It renewed for the 2nd month today before I could put in the cancel request. I opened up a ticket with them to cancel and refund my transaction today and they refused and said only the first month is eligible for refunds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid over $400 USD for this service because I wanted something "reliable" for years to come. My server was completely deleted and I have been waiting for 2 days for these morons to attempt to restore it from 2/28 and it's now 4/11. When you pay that much for a server you would thing it would be ready and available at whenever time you try and access it. This is utter bullshit and trash. I recommend anything else other than this trash.

The website is buggy and confusing
The website is buggy and confusing. I requested to cancel my service back in January they argue back that I reactivated my game service which was not the case the cancel service button never disappeared from the site causing me to have submitted several requests to cancel service but customer service took 5 hours to review and stated that I requested reactivation proceeded to ask if I was still there and disconnected the chat.
