Nana Sweatshirt

I received my Nana Sweatshirt this week and I love it! Love the color and the size is just right. The only thing I was surprised about was the packaging. It looked like it was vacuum packed...which causes the shirt to have a wrinkled look. How to smooth it out without ruining the lettering?

Very disappointed in the sweatshirt

Very disappointed in the sweatshirt. It was advertised as embroidered but nothing on it was.

The sweatshirt was vacuumed packaged and the lettering is all wrinkled and will not come out.

I will not be ordering from godmerch again.

I’m sorry to hear that the shirt didn’t meet your expectations. The shirt you ordered is printed rather than embroidered.

We use vacuum sealing to protect items during transit, which can cause temporary creasing. We recommend ironing the item inside out on low heat to help any wrinkles relax.

Item is perfect, I love it. Top is very soft & light weight. True to size. Very easy directions for ordering. Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase & highly recommend ordering yourself one.

Grandmother sweatshirt

A Great Quality Gift!!!

The sweatshirt I received was great. The material is a little thinner than what I consider a “normal” sweatshirt. It’s somewhere between a heavy T-shirt and a thick sweatshirt. The graphic and custom personalized lettering was high quality. It’s a gift for my girlfriend, I’m sure she’ll love it.

My order contained a mistake

My order contained a mistake. The vendor cheerfully offered to replace it with the correct product at no charge. Assuming the order was probably coming from overseas, I was thrilled when it arrived in just a few days. This is the kind of company I want to do business with again.
