Sent a size small instead of xl. I tried calling customer service-no return on two voice mails left. Nobody answers. It was supposed to be part of a Father’s Day gift. Bad purchase. $40 wasted.

My granddaughters do not call me Grandma, Nana, Mimi, etc. They call me "Boom" and the joke was I would never find a grandmother shirt with "Boom" on it. I can now prove everyone wrong. I love my personalized grandmother shirt.05/13

This was an awesome, cute shirt for my husband for father's day. I was unsure if I got the correct spelling on my order and they got right back to me and assured me they would make it right. AND fast delivery. Very pleased with this shirt!

It was too small
It was too small - I ordered the same size shirt that I normally wear but it was too small - when I email customer service about it, they wanted me to measure my body then measure the shirt and send in pictures and measurements. I don't sew, I don't have a tape measure. No where on the site did it say the shirts ran small - in fact, according to the sizing chart it should have fit just right. I am very disappointed. I wanted it for a beach trip I am taking in a few weeks with my grandchildren. I won't ever order from you again. Sad in Alabama
