I ordered 2 shirts back on Aug. 7. The next day I received USPS tracking information which in reality was only a Pre-Shipment notification that stated a "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". Since that time the tracking information has remained in the Pre-Shipment state. At the time of this review it has been 14 working days since my purchase. I attempted to communicate with the company via their own website contact form but have had zero response from them. I had high hopes and was looking forward to receiving the shirts I ordered but am becoming very suspicious of the legitimacy of a company that ignores it's paying customers.

I’ve sent multiple emails regarding my order and haven’t gotten a response.
Customer service is lacking and I probably won’t order anything from this company again.

Liked the product. It looks good in my gym.

The print looks fake. I’ll probably rebuy it but in canvas.

Excellent service and good turn around on delivery.

Product is as ordered. Shipped quickly but took a bit to arrive, I’m sure due to the holiday rush. It was a perfect Christmas gift!

Order was received pretty quickly after the initial contact. I take points away for lack of response on the website chat but was very happy with the end product.

The poster has the word fly misspelled. I've ask for a refund but nothing as been done about it

I am disappointed. The item I ordered took way too long to receive it, and it arrived too late for it to be worn. Then when I reached out to customer service kindly requesting a refund once I return it, there were "crickets." I emailed twice and heard nothing.

No one has answered my email and my product still says it’s processing and I ordered the product on June 1st. It is currently June 17th and I haven’t received any update email

Once the shirts arrived, they were a hit! Comfortable, and received lots of compliments. It would have been nice to have some tracking info so I would know when they would arrive. Sending review requests multiple times before the order arrived were annoying.

I initially wrote a bad review because I placed my order on 2/15. It arrived today 3/9. I am very pleased with the product. The delay is unfortunate. With that said, I am upgrading my rating from one star to a generous 4. If the order had arrived on time, or if I had gotten feedback from customer support, it would be a 5.

Exceptional customer service and the product was just as seen online.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still havent received the product. Was under the impression it was coming from New York USA and the tracking info says its coming from overseas. The tracking information also has not been updated since May 11, it is now May 24.
I really need the product as they are for a customer of mine that has a deadline of 6 days from now
