Be very careful buying from this dealership - your warranty could be compromised

I recently bought a UTV from this dealer and he spoke glowingly about the warranty but stressed that the terms state you have to adhere to the maintenance schedule - in other words it is necessary to get the vehicle serviced or the warranty is void. Graham, the owner of the company, told us they would service the UTV and told us we would need to book it in quite quickly after purchase as the first service interval is 15 hours.

I went ahead and bought the vehicle and it was delivered by Godstone All Terrain to my house.

I have just called to book the vehicle in for the first service to be told they only offer a collection service within a 15 mile radius. This was NEVER mentioned at the time I was sold the machine. The company website still states that a collection and delivery service is available to get your vehicle serviced but makes no mention of this restriction. This is extremely MISLEADING and I would caution anyone of thinking of buying from this company to understand that unless you live close by they do not offer any service or support.
