gogamingzone surürised me with a debit to my VISA card (Euro 9.95 ). I was online with another merchandising firm, which may have initiated this contact.
I am glad that Elsa offered to help me and to reimburse this unwanted debit. I am still waiting fo this credit.

Getting responses about the cancellation and my refund

I requested cancellation on this when i realized i was subscribed. They did not assist me. Now after 5 months, and money going off my account, me requested my money back, they cannot refund me and want me to give a rating on trustpilot for 20 credits.wow

It's a scam. They Trick you into abbonoment by clicking on an Advertisement. And when you cancel and tell them you didn't order anything from them. They demand a good review (and proof of it) to leave you alone.

I am not happy with the fact that it wasn't visible that we are signing up for subscription when purchasing the first time. Even that purchase is not really a purchase but a credit. It should be mentioned prior to sending you to the payment portal.
