Despite reporting well known scammers with many campaigns. They have still not removed them or reached out. One scammer has 6 campaigns on their platform, 8 of the same on another. The other platform removed immediately. Go get fundings delay had meant the scammers have received thousands in stolen donations

Initially I was allowed to create an account on this platform to collect money, but after two days I was informed that it is not open for my country like Sri Lanka. But other people have opened accounts in the same name as my country. Fundraising has also been done. If there are any weaknesses or defects, they should be removed and the opportunity should be given to those who have real financial needs irrespective of the country. But there is no such case here.
But what actually happens here is that no other party has come forward to make money payments to Sri Lanka and other countries. Many money transaction institutions are not offering to support Sri Lanka... In fact, GoGetFunding is not directly responsible for that. Therefore, I request GoGetFunding to send funds to countries like Sri Lanka that do not interfere with money payments to their personal bank accounts or other suitable ones. To facilitate a system.

While we aim to provide access to as many countries as possible, we are dependent on third-party payment services to process donations and payouts. To help set realistic expectations, we advise our users of this during the campaign creation process. If you find that those close to you are not able or willing to contribute, it may be that crowdfunding isn't the right solution for you at this moment.

Charge more than website states
I used this for a fundraiser to try a new company and I’ve had nothing but problems. First problem was the website wasn’t accepting donations for 3 months but never notified me of that fact. It was because you were required to have a PayPal business account which they also never notified me of. And then they charged 15% off the top instead of the low 4% they advertised. Along with glitches for every update attempted. Never will use them again.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate any prior messages from you in our support system, and I noticed you didn’t respond to our TrustPilot request for more details, which limits my ability to look into this further. However, I’d still like to address the concerns you've raised.
Regarding the platform fees, we charge a standard 4% fee. There are a few specific cases, for certain developing countries, where the fee is 15% due to higher processing costs and payout complexities. This policy is transparently shared and must be explicitly accepted before the fundraiser is launched.
Since TrustPilot lists your location as the US, the 15% fee would certainly not have applied in your case. We also recently discontinued support for the developing countries that attract the higher fee.
On the PayPal issue, personal PayPal accounts from the US are indeed compatible with our platform, but they do have limitations—such as requiring donors to have PayPal accounts. Upgrading to a PayPal Premier or Business account offers a more seamless experience. When users connect a personal PayPal account, we send an automated email outlining these limitations and how to upgrade, as well as a notification in your dashboard. I’m sorry if this information wasn’t clear enough at the time.

6 months they do not want to pay the collected amount - the money is still in their account - when I order a withdrawal I have a confirmation by email, but the money does not come!
The next day the same money is ready to be paid out again and I can do this every day - they do not pay out money!
I contacted this company, the grace period for the money was supposed to have passed and still no payment - they are defrauding money!

Our team identified several payments made using lost/stolen cards, along with other indicators pointing to a high risk of fraud. You mentioned that you do not know any of your donors, all of whom were also unable to verify their contributions.
Given these concerns, as well as additional evidence that suggests fraud or money laundering, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any payouts for this campaign.

How do you even convince a donor for help, GoGetFinding is offering a very good platform for reaching out for help but the problem only come where a potential donor is not convinced if you genuinely require help or scam, its very difficult and demoralizing only to decide and sell the only property you have.
