the website it’s self is really good. And the idea is perfect. But today from the night I’m having difficulties with opening the web-page. With HTTP ERROR 500.
Does anyone know the reason ?

We are a groups that support people with Dementia. We needed to bring in some funding following the pandemic. We chose GoGetFunding as they seemed the most professional of those we looked at. The site was easy to negotiate. We reached our target of £1.500 within weeks, so with over 70 days still to run, we will probably exceed this sum. Thank you Go Get Funding. A brilliant facility to raise money for any cause.

It's a good site to raise the funds, and it works in Asia. They have a good customer support.

The serving plateform from GoGetFunding is good and responsive. It can not be scam or untrust worthy after searching all the web about the fundraising plateform.
The Features i liked the most are:
1- They support each and every cause which matters to someone's life.
2- The customer help was quick and responsive.
3- Campaign pages are responsive and excellent user experience.
Reason To Give 4 Stars:
But the main reason due to which i am giving 4 stars to the plateform is their payment method. I am not talking about payout issue. They allow you to link Stripe and Paypal only. But Stripe is limited to advanced countries only and Paypal doesn't support many developing countries.
If they add a payment method supported by developing country for example payoneer, transferwise and other gateways, it would become easier for everybody from any corner of the world to access the plateform.

Amazing crowdfunding site! We had a very hard time after the 2019 fire incident and came this covid19 pandemic. We were thinking very deep on who can help us with our situation. We came across fundraising sites and this GGF is the best. Hours after the activation of our campaign "Help Filipino Couple Rebuild Their Shirt Printing Shop Razed by Fire", we were amazed someone from California send us his support. Days after, friends we know, other acquaintances, and friends, backers and supporters that we do not know helped us too! Until now our campaign is still running and we continue to get help and support both online and offline. Thank you GGF! More power and God bless us!

A friend help me set up the campaign over Zoom, and it started to work immediately. Sharing the link to the campaign page via my Facebook account and emails to friends was key to letting people know about it.

Almost immediately I received emails and texts from would-be donors who let me know their credit card didn't work for the donation. Most eventually found another card that did work, and several relayed donations through another friend, and there were several donations made offline due to this problem. One donor chose to donate by bank wire from a credit union due to his cards not working, and the wire somehow got lost. It took requesting a proof of wire transmission PDF from the credit union, forwarded to Mandy T of GoGetFunding Customer Service, who in turn forwarded it to back-office operations MangoPay, and then still a couple more emails before the wire turned up in the campaign funds at last. There was confusion along the way starting with the credit union, but eventually we worked out all the kinks and relayed the PDF to Mandy T. This search for the wire and handling queries from donors took more time and effort from me, the campaign manager, than I had anticipated. But it was a great thing to help a friend in need using this crowdfunding method. Overall, I would recommend GotGetFunding as a great help for a good cause. A friend in (times of) need is a friend indeed.

Beeing years registered on a unix-forum I constantly had the feeling, to be a professional is a must there, and may it is, but as your Mrs. Mandy has the kindness missing on some other platforms she outperforms most of them
she deserves a good cup of coffee and a break, for a second coffee or tea.
