This is a scam bought my kit 2 months before World Cup thinking I’d have it in time but still had never came they gave me tracking number it does not work not sure how other people get their kits DO NOT BUY

I’ve been ordering jerseys from this website for 10+ years since I was in college. The catalogue of jerseys offered is impressive and has only grown over the years. The only downside is the long international shipping waiting period but the quality of the jerseys is worth it! Whenever I’ve had mishaps with my order, customer service has always been on top of it to remedy the situation.

I've ordered 2 jerseys from the gogoalshop on June 9, 2026 and was hoping to get them delivered to me in at least 20-25 days (as per delivery time on their website). It's been a month and I haven't got my order delivered yet till this date. I think it has been lost on the way. I tried to contact them but got no any reply. I'm so pissed off with the customer service and shipping delay. I've ordered from this website 3-4 times before but didn't have any issues but this time I'm so pissed off due to their behavior towards the customer. I'm going to order any jerseys from this website from now on. This will be the last time I'll ordering jerseys from this website.

This is the second time I’ve ordered. This time the customer service is atrocious. I have been waiting over 10 days post payment to have the jersey order processed and another 4 to get it shipped. A month later I still have no idea where the package is, as tracking only shows shipped step. Chat BOT is not letting you connect to an agent. Giving it another week having in mind we are in World Cup 2026, and will seek refund.

The jersey arrived, though late, but communication was extremely slow and ineffective. the jersey is nice, same quality as advertised

I will make it 5 stars when my item arrives but I am extremely annoyed that it is 20$ to pay for shipping and it still will take about a month to arrive. I’m hoping it even does arrive because looking at other reviews most people from the us are having issues

Ordered a jersey on June 20th. After 10 days the order is still processing. After I posted my review here, it was suddenly shipped. However, when it arrived, it was a FAKE jersey, so beware. Waste of money, as I wanted the real deal and thought their World Cup jerseys from 2026 were real. They were NOT. A lot of fake reviews here because this website should never have had this great score.

A one star rating is even generous. We ordered several jerseys and paid for express shipping. We were informed that some of the jerseys were on back order. I requested that the order be canceled. My instructions were ignored and I was continuously lied to by saying the jerseys were now available and that the order is close to being shipped. It has been 3 weeks and the order still has not been shipped. On top of that, my inquiries are being ignored and I am not getting a response from customer service. This company is a scam, they lie, keep your money and are not looking after their customers.

Never received my order! They do not respond to emails.I do not recommend ordering from this company!!!! I ordered a 2t top and bottom USA jersey and shorts for the World Cup. Extremely disappointed! You cannot even track your order with the tracking number provided

This company has such bad customer service. They don’t answer my requests or emails about my order. I asked for a refund and still no answer. Unprofessional scammers whose only purpose is to take your money. Wouldn’t recommend unless they fix the problem.

I don’t know how there are good reviews. I haven’t received my ordered. I haven’t received any information about my order. I have emailed and sent messages on 24/7 and no one has answers.
