Trusted advice and professional service
I contacted GoGo Boilers after a service with another gas engineer identified some required repairs not covered under my service plan. The gas engineer from GoGo Boilers told me my boiler was unsafe and it had to be decommissioned. New boiler was installed within 1 week. Service from start to finish from Dave T and office staff was very good. Highly recommended.

The engineer was rude and unhelpful
The engineer was rude and unhelpful, didn't want to be here. Was done in less than 20 mins.
As he was finishing the job asked me if wanted filter cleaned, I said my husband was on his way back home if he could wait, instead gave me paperwork and told me he wrote I declined.
I asked what p4 stood for on thermostat, he told me to look it up in the booklet
Very disappointing.

We're really sorry and disappointed that you were not satisfied with the service that you received, although we are unsure what happened on this occasion. We assure you that we are looking into this with an internal investigation.
Regarding the P4 on the thermostat, if there's no documentation available, due to many controls, the engineer would suggest to refer to the instructions advised by the manufacturer. However, if you do have technical issues, always feel free to call our team and we will advise you accordingly.
We take complaints seriously and we'll be getting a full report back to the engineer with your concerns. We will also take this into account and make sure this will not happen again in future.

Great service. Really professional. The team were always very helpful and courteous. Price wise they were always better than everybody else. I would not hesitate to use them again.

GoGo boilers are excellent
GoGo boilers are excellent. Richard fitted my new boiler last year and was back to do a service today. Fitting the boiler was a complex job given the position of the old boiler, Richard was marvellous throughout. The service today was done in the same efficient manner. The whole team are efficient and timely in their responses and feedback!! Thanks again.

Great service from start to finish. Dave arrived on time was polite, neat and tidy and very informative about my boiler. Have used Gogo for years and would never go anywhere else they're brilliant! Highly recommended :-)

New boiler replacement
I needed a very old boiler replaced. Due to the location, it was a difficult job, but Richard dealt with the replacement like a pro from start to finish. I'm very happy with the service provided by GoGo Boilers as a whole, and I highly recommend them, especially Richard.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gogo Boilers from New Eltham, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Steve, the technician who came to fix my dad's boiler, was truly exceptional. His kindness and professionalism made a potentially stressful situation a breeze.
From the moment he arrived, Steve took the time to explain the issue clearly and patiently answered all our questions. It was evident that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Not only was he highly skilled and efficient, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was running perfectly before he left.
What really stood out was Steve's incredible kindness—he refused to take any payment for fixing the boiler, knowing that my dad has dementia. His compassionate gesture truly touched our hearts and made a significant difference during a challenging time.

We had problems with our new radiators…
We had problems with our new radiators warming up. After replacing valves, pumps, pipework and balancing the system, the issue was still not resolved. We were depressed in a cold house, ready to give up and move. We explained the situation to GoGo and they sent Richard. Richard was determined to find the problem. After eliminating potential issues one by one, he finally found an issue with the 2 year old boiler's heat exchanger. An amazing heating engineer, knowledgeable, patient and takes pride in his work. Will never use any other heating engineer again.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Steve from GoGo Boilers. I had called in due to a boiler issue and he was not only very responsive but also sent his team to look at it at the earliest.

Water tank issue
After struggling with issues in my water tank and going through four plumbers and two electricians—with no resolution—I finally contacted Go Go Boilers. Steve was absolutely amazing. Not only is he responsive and efficient, but he also has a reassuring and professional manner that immediately put me at ease. He quickly identified the exact issue and resolved it without any fuss. Great Service and Great Price!
My cooker hose had sprung a gas leak and so the council closed off my gas. I called GoGo Boilers and a wonderful engineer called Steve came round the very next day and fixed it. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing and the price was really reasonable! I would highly recommend this company and this engineer!
