I ordered a small reading light and it has never arrived. I’ve emailed the company and had no response so I’m making a claim against them. I’m guessing similar to the other reviews they don’t send the items and don’t reply. To be clear so they cannot deny their own company, the website used is gogogadgetonline.co.uk
shocking experience. Sold my perfect condition Apple Watch 9, was given pre paid 48hr tracked label. have emailed twice, told £180 would be received no money in account 6 days later. unless repsonding today I will be disputing with bank and force gogodaget to receive more charges.
Placed an order & heard nothing for around 2 weeks. Then when I emailed them I got a generic reply. Fortunately when I requested a refund it was processed within a few days.
However I wouldn’t use this company again. Maybe it’s not a scam company but it’s not far from it.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 days. I’ve emailed twice and no response. Hopefully they will reach out to my refund request or I’ll get a charge back from my bank. Scamming company don’t trust. I’m sure most reviews above 1 star are fake and made by fake accounts or friends/family.
Order came quickly enough, have used a number of time as I collect the robotime puzzles. will be using again in the future.
They had some issues with Royal Mail tracking or something like that but seems to be sorted now.
Ordered an item , wrong item sent , a week of emails / messages no response
I am not impressed. Ordered and paid for 5 products. Received 4. Initially told other one probably still to come. Repeatedly phoned and emailed but always told ‘ that is the other branch we are Basingstoke on the phone but we will email them’ still heard nothing g and now too late for Christmas. Product ordered on October the 1st!!! Resorting to this as no response elsewhere
