Do NOT spend money on this game

Do NOT spend money on this game. I spent $2.00 to the game and did not get what I paid for. When I tried to prove it, the site told me my transaction cannot be traced and the only reason I got a refund was because PayPal guaranteed my transaction.

great platform I've seen friends cash…

great platform I've seen friends cash out but I myself am having issues with my kyc and customer support had not responded to my emails it's been over 5 days now I hope things turn around as I do really enjoy the platform

Started out as a great site BUT

Started out as a great site with good slots; however, at one point I was trying to add my phone number and it sent me to web where it had me download the app again. It gave me an account login for my phone number AND my email rather than attaching my phone number to my email login account. I have seen several reviews with the same issue. Well…it didn’t become issue until I won $500 then they wouldn’t let me cash out. They then blocked the winning account. I emailed 3-5 different emails I located all of which got returned as invalid. The chat support function said they couldn’t help me and to discontinue reaching out because they couldn’t see both accounts. I was finally able to get an email with a reply. They said they are “monitoring the issue closely”and will let know any updates. Now…crickets. I keep seeing this same scenario so it seems to me it’s a way for them to make some extra cash. I do know they are the only site I play on that will let you play in other states too. I thought that was strange because all the others I play on said they couldn’t let me play while I was in Louisiana. This site did! Then took my money. Looks like they are not on the up and up!
