The only problem I have is that you should start finding a driver earlier than you do. Sometime the driver can not get to the pick up point for the designated time because they are to far away

This was my first ride with GoGo Grandparent. The two drivers, Ladae and Donald, were true professionals, kind, polite and smooth drivers. GoGo Grandparent gave us good information, kept us informed of arrival and departure times, and we arrived at our destinations on time. GoGo Grandparent provided detailed receipts after the rides. Failure to get the courtesy call for…
Failure to get the courtesy call for the pick up with the details of the driver time of the arrival and the driver‘s name. Cancellations due to surges drivers canceling my call for a pick up with no call back to reschedule a call skyrocketing prices due to surges.

We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that automated courtesy calls have been active. We’ve also just updated the account so that driver details are now sent via SMS as well, including arrival time, vehicle, and driver information.
Regarding surge pricing and cancellations: surges are set by our ride partners (such as Uber and Lyft) and are based on real-time factors like high demand, limited driver availability, traffic conditions, or time of day. These changes are outside of our direct control, but we do require confirmation anytime a price increases before proceeding with a ride.
We understand how disruptive this can be, especially when reliability matters most, and that’s why we’ve requested a supervisor to review your account more closely and discuss any adjustments that may help improve your experience moving forward. I have always had pleasant drivers…
I have always had pleasant drivers assist me when riding with them. Being a 74 year young Senior, it concerns me the way some of the Uber driver
tend to put the pedal to the medal! As my father would say when he saw a speeder on the highway. I have never experienced that, the cost may be a little steep for us seniors on fixed income. It cost me $60. + for round trip to my doctor appt in Henderson to my location Sahara and Valley View S Las Vegas. I would love for Go Go Grandparents to give us Seniors a sml discount, so we are able to tip our wonderful drivers. Just a THOUGHT!!
