The only problem I have is that you should start finding a driver earlier than you do. Sometime the driver can not get to the pick up point for the designated time because they are to far away

Really easy to book rides and phone staff are pleasant and helpful. Appreciate the updates on rides and short wait times to get a ride. So far, rides have been in clean, nice smelling cars with courteous drivers. Great experiences so far....hope it continues!

March 3rd, 2026 Being dropped off at one place for another driver to take me on to my destination
What went wrong.Something that will cause this company to lose clients and cause the downfall of this company! Read on! Very frightening in view of the truth that seniors are being kidnapped these days. The first driver canceled. The second driver was to take me to the airport, but he passed it up. When I questioned where he was going, he said that his instructions were to drop me off on a certain street and another driver would pick me up and take me on to the air port. I called the GoGo office and told them what was happening. My son even called and spoke with the driver. The driver turned around and took me on to the airport. I DO believe that he had a plan to harm me. I sent an email to the two founders but have not heard from them yet. Today is April 3rd and it has been a month and still no reply from the founders. One worker said that he would call me back at a certain the next day, but when he finally did, it was hours later. So far it seems that my case doesn't matter. That I don't matter. This is a very serious case and it appears that no one at GoGo really cares. I know the next two steps I will send this report to the local news stations in the various cities. and on to an attorney for the sake and safety of seniors like me.

We reviewed your account, the ride details, and the calls associated with this situation. From what we can see, after the first driver canceled and a second driver was assigned, there appears to have been confusion in how the trip details were presented, so it wasn't that we didn't provide the correct address, it was the system had a glitch when sending the information to the second driver. Your ride was scheduled directly to the airport, and there was no plan for you to be dropped off to meet another driver. We understand how alarming it must have been to be told otherwise during the ride.
We also listened to the call where you reached out while this was happening, and it was clear how much distress you were in. We are very sorry that our team did not respond with the level of urgency, reassurance, and support you needed in that moment.
This is not something we are taking lightly. We have forwarded your case to upper management for review, and we have also filed a supervisor follow-up. In addition, your experience is being shared with our training team so it can be used to improve how situations like this are handled moving forward.
We understand that an apology alone does not undo what happened, but please know your experience is being taken seriously and used to drive immediate improvement.

The "7-day trial" is really not a full 7 days
I was told when I signed up on a Monday that I had seven days in which to cancel if I decided I did not want to keep the service. The following Monday I called to cancel and was told that I was being charged for the full year because I had to call BEFORE the seven days were up. When I used a mild epithet (not an attack on the customer service person, just an observation on the quality of information I was given) I was told they can just cancel my service for my "language". All in all, I would never recommend using this service. Basically, the two rides I got were Uber rides, which I could have arranged on my own without a membership. Every other service offered is already available for free or a small fee, such as restaurant and grocery delivery. This is just a way to charge me for a service that is not a service and the marketing is extremely misleading if not downright dishonest.

Made me late for my dialysis, didn’t send small or lower vehicle and then sent 4x4 huge truck I couldn’t get in even with a step. I have neuropathy in legs feet and hands. I use a walker.
