This company is a joke. I ordered an item I got something different after a long while, when I emailed the company someone named JP kept replying and and asking for all sorts of details like I bought a house or car or something then never heard from him/ her again. I made a claim with PayPal and notified the seller immediately him/ her emailed me back and said it was mailed out. I received the item today. NEVER EVER ordering 🙃 from this
bogus company again. I got the AD from Instagram.

I ordered one of the products on this site I have had no notification apart from the initial receipt for my money I have not been able to trace my parcel and still yet to receive which I think is not going to happen I’m disgusted and I feel that their advert should be taken off of the system

Have really unpleasant experience with gogo smile.They mislaed their customers.would recommend not to purchase any thing from them.my experience with then completely unsatisfactory.

I PURCHASED 4 MONTHS AGO AND STILL NO PARCEL, THEIR COMMUNICATION SERVICE IS HORRID, AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY, WHEN I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT.

Provided the incorrect tracking number, the parcel was incorrectly delivered (auspost mishap) due to the incorrect tracking number I was not aware it had been delivered incorrectly & the parcel disappeared. Gogo communication was slow and not at all helpful.
Hopefully Australia post can help me because this company hasn't. No product, no help, never again will I deal with this company.

I would have thought there would be a carry case or carry bag for the kit, it all just came cramped in a courier type box. Wasn't given a user quide for the pen I also purchased. Besides this, I've begun the process and are quite happy with the results so far.

My teeth show very little change in colour after using the gogo smile kit.
