My mom recently had a new boiler…

My mom recently had a new boiler fitted.
She’s had issues with the boiler since installation.
She now also has a leak coming through her kitchen ceiling. She’s been chasing the boss to fix the issue but its hard work so far. Haven't received a reply to her latest message for 1 week.
The boss told us to contact the lad who installed the boiler but he’s left the company, he either didnt know that which is a bad sign or he did know and he’s a dodgy f****r who’s playing the game
