Please avoid this company! They quoted and then offered less than half. Total waste of time there is other providers that are honest!

Communication is good, however don’t be mislead by the same day payment promise, I have now been told it will take basically 7 days for me to receive my payment.

Sent a iPhone 12 Pro Max off to yous back in December and left a review and u said you would have a look if I added the order number which I have done but still nothing getting fed up at this point. Order number 81839

Never received a payment for my phone worth over £200 - a lot of money to lose out on. They have claimed they never received it even though I used Royal Mail tracked service. Lack of communication is sickening, never got back to me after emailing multiple times. Wouldn’t reccomend to anybody.

I would avoid this company and use a better company when selling your phone. I sent a phone with no visible scratches off to them and they offered half the original price due to scratches on the screen and the back. It then took ages to actually get them to return my phone to me, they kept offering tiny increments to their downgraded payment offer when all I wanted was my phone back. Looking at other reviews, I'm lucky that my phone was returned at all. Needless to say, it was completely pristine with no visible scratches. Looks like it is company policy to lure you in with a high offer and then never honour it with made up reasons for a reduced offer. The common term for behaviour like this is scammers.

quoted £230 then offerd me £45 saying it didn't work, emailed them proof it worked and then they offered £62, i asked them to send it back and then they offered £110

Payment was meant same day but took 6 days and the bonus offer wasn't added either. Big con

EDIT: why do you need to access my order sorry? Do you just reply requesting specific details so that you can try and remove the negative reviews?

Also I notice you reply to reviews out of hours but not customers service (which closes at 4:30pm)

Scam site. Online they offered me a fair price for an old iPhone. Of course, once it got to them they found multiple faults and offered me £5!!! This was 3 weeks ago and despite giving them my account details again and emailing them again I am still waiting for payment.
They have effectively stolen my phone. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Order no: 102183…. It’s £5, just pay it. Should’ve been more!! Also, you reply quicker on here than you do via email. Still waiting for that update!

I found this company via an Instagram ad as I just upgraded my phone and wanted to get rid of my old friend which was in brilliant condition. The whole process was so easy the website is easy to use and then go green Gadget’s contacts you once they’ve received the item then again when they’ve assessed the item and then again when they’ve paid you for your item couldn’t fault the process or the company at all they’ve done an absolutely fantastic job and I will certainly use them again.

They put attractive offer prices in , even for faulty handsets with hardware/software issues. I was sent a revised offer of £75 very quickly ( i had no software issues at all) was told that there was a problem with the earpiece (looking at other reviews seems they use this a lot) but i had no problems with it at all. Very quick replies with a further revised offer of £95. I had been offered £ 175 elsewhere (the phone had been checked over) so told them that wouldnt accept lower .

I questioned why they put valuations out as high as they do if they are going to then just revise for much lower . State £140 for a phone with major hardware issues but clearly have no intention of getting anywhere near that
