The light and fans are great. The only downside is you do not supply the bayonet adapter. So I have to change my light fittings to fit these

Great looking light fan is really good but would only be useful in a small room the fan I mean the light is really bright brilliant purchase 👍

Mostly the two step procedure works. I have used Go Groupi for many years. Only had two poor experiences. A short overcoat didn't arrive and there was no compensation and a house sign couldn't be completed. Take care to get all the details correct. Size, colour, price etc. Step 2 will confirm delivery details and shipping cost but your precise details will not show only the general description. It would be better if you could see exactly what you were ordering when you confirm your voucher and pay the delivery charge.

If I could leave them 0 stars I would, avoid this company at all costs. They clearly paid a company to leave good reviews, as many including myself have not experienced any of the positive experiences these fake reviews state. They lure you in with cheap goods, that you will never receive even after a month of waiting, then they will try and refund you in GoGroopie vouchers! I honestly believe they are a scammers who have thrown the Consumer Right Act 2015 out the window, Trading Standards need to look into this sham company. If your experiencing the same thing contact your bank and ask for a charge back or section 75 if its above £100 and get in touch with Trading Standards.

Easy to order from website

The delivery was left on my steps outside house 9 steps.. he didn't knock door,just left it there. I had to ask neighbours to help with getting it into house, as very heavy for a 68 year old women. I hurt my back trying to help. Now in pain! Very disappointed with the delivery driver.

Wouldnt order again from this site took 10 days to deliver not even any communication or email to say when delivery was exspected
