I bought a garden strimmer that fell apart on first use. The seller agreed to refund my money - however they have not kept that promise and I have received nothing!

The service was simple to understand,also the goods are always good on the adverts.

I had an issue with my purchase, I couldn't get any response from the seller and neither could GoGroupie so they refunded me the full amount, no questions, hassle or fuss, Five Star Service and would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Furniture arrived and was easy to build

i just paid nearly £900 for garden furniture no feed back that was over 2 weeks ago message the seller nothing so wouldn’t recommend i really want my money back now

I ordered and paid for a 100ft green hose but received a75ft blue one instead I wanted the extra 25ft to make it easier for me to reach where I wanted to use it but ididnt want the hassle of returning it and waiting for the replacement so I have kept it it's still disappointing

Whilst initially I found the ordering process a little protracted and confusing, now that I have got used to it it is a lot easier. The bulbs I ordered were perhaps received a little later than anticipated but were in good order.

Have heard nothing since ordering/paying. Item not received.

Very straight forward to use and my item was delivered within a few days, I will definitely look to purchase items again and would recommend to my friends and family too

They are fabulous one in the house and one in the car, couldn’t manage without either

I received my package but the glass from the outdoor table was smashed to piece inside the box.

My order was easy to make, came really fast and packaged really well. It's now in a pot looking good
