Not a Happy Experience...

I bought an Anne Stokes phone case on the 29th November. Money was taken and I received confirmation of my order. Unfortunately, that's all I ever received from this company. Never received the item and never received replies to my email. Had to go to PayPal for a refund. Thank goodness I used PayPal! I wouldn't recommend this company and would recommend you read the other reviews. I was extremely disappointed about the whole experience with this company as I am a fan of Anne Stokes and was looking forward to receiving my phone case.

Three stars because it’s fine

In a previous review I gave Headcase a one-star review, that was after I got an automated message acknowledging my purchase (the payment went through), then heard nothing more for 18 days.

The day I wrote that review was yesterday; the case arrived today.

So now I’m taking back the stuff I said about no communication—that part is true, but the case was on the way. There had just been no communication saying so (kinda poor these days, but got the case which is ultimately the main thing).

Now, why 3 stars?

The case itself is flimsy and has no raised edge, so it will protect the phone from a very low fall so long as it lands on the back. If it landed screen first, the screen would take almost the full drop.

Design is fine, a bit muted compared with the online image, but that’s pretty standard.

So, all-up, 3 stars, which is because this thing was cheap (just over 10 pound sterling), so while construction is flimsy it’s pretty much what I should have expected for the price.

In short, don’t expect some amazing bargain. The case is fine but it doesn’t offer screen protection so you should buy it because you like the design. Again though, this pigment will fade over time I have no doubt.

Perhaps their more expensive cases are of better construction and use more vibrant, durable colours. I can’t say, but this entry level case certainly isn’t that—very happy that something arrived though so I could edit my original one-star verdict.

I received a damaged phone case

I received a damaged phone case. I tried to contact the website multiple times but they never answered back and there is no way to be refunded. A good rip off

The website never contacted me or responded to my mails BUT they sent me a new phone case : good point on their behalf unfortunately the quality is still terrible : after 2 days the cover was damaged at multiple places. I am not going to ask for a new one, the quality is just mediocre

Avoid using this company!

I purchased a head case phone case for my OnePlus 3 about 2 years ago from an eBay seller and had no issues. After about 2 years the case broke slightly so I thought I would buy another and where better to purchase than directly from the manufacturer. I was so wrong! The case turned up in a couple of weeks late, which I can live with, but the case is slightly bigger than my original head case phone case even though it states it is for the OnePlus 3. The case is unusable as the phone sightly slips about in it and sometimes pops out of the case. Very poor. I feel as though if I drop the phone the phone will pop out of the case and be unprotected! I have since emailed head case several times with no response about the issue. But when I email saying I have a general issue and to contact me I get a response asking what the issue is, I reply with the issue and they ignore me. I'm totally f**ked off with them and just want a refund which I have asked for several time and been ignored. Avoid using this company!

Not good quality product

Not good quality product. The delivered item doesn't match the representation on the website. Faults on the printed cover.

Tried refunding via their website by writing an email to support-at-elcellonline.com twice. No response after 3 weeks.

Would never buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY!!

Paid for my order on the 1st of Feb, never recieved a shipping email. Says 3-5 working days for delivery so on 5th day I emailed asking where my order was and I did actually recieve a reply. They told me it had been posted to me on the 2nd of Feb and if I hadn't recieved it by the 12th then to email. I did not receive it so I emailed again and no reply. Emailed again on the 14th and still no reply. I have also tried messaging on their Instagram account and nothing yet they can post on there! Absolute scam company! I ordered a lot from them many years ago and had no problem whatsoever. Not sure what has happened as it seems I'm not the only one to have this problem. Such a shame!

Three weeks - nothing received, no communication

Three weeks after having ordered and paid for a case and two emails asking for updates I still have no news of my order. I used this webpage before many years ago and everything went smoothly. I trusted that they were trustworthy, but right now it feels like a scam webpage that takes your money and never delivers, never answers to your questions. What a shame. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them.

This website is garbage

This website is garbage. I ordered a phone case from there and got an email confirming my purchase as you usually would. The email told me that it would ship the next day, and would arrive to me within 5-7 business days. It also said that when it did ship, I would get another email confirming my shipping and that they would include tracking for the case.
I never ended up getting that tracking email, and my phone case was extremely late. It arrived after 17 business days, not 7.

When I finally did recieve my case, it looks nothing like the picture - the design is printed on the outside of the case in thick paint that will likely wear off pretty quickly, and it's got a strange white border around the entire design like it was printed a millimeter or two off from a white base coat, and it looks unattractive and cheap. The colors are dull and not as bright as in the photo either. The case also had a metallic shine to parts of it in the photos but the paint is all matte in person.
Appearance aside, the case itself is loose and doesn't fit well, it's too thick on the edges and the buttons are difficult to push, it offers no real protection for the screen because the front border is flush with the screen, and the cutouts for the speakers, charging and audio jacks are partially covered so you have to remove the case to plug anything in.

I went to their website to send a complaint and ask for a refund, but they had removed well over half their designs, changed the website layout, and would no longer let me select my country, my only choice was between the US or the UK, neither of which I live in and just a few weeks ago they allowed me to choose from nearly any country and currency in the world upon entering their website. I found a "contact" form on their website to complain or offer feedback/suggestions, so I filled it out. However, when I hit confirm, it didn't do anything, the form just reset. I assumed it was a glitch and took the time to fill everything out again, but it just did the same thing. I waited a few days to see if they recieved the complaints anyway, but I never got any emails indicating that they had, or any replies.

I was lucky enough that I made my purchase through PayPal and am going to be getting a refund through them, because the actual website's complaint form doesn't go through to them at all. I would never order from this company again, and their products are not worth the money that they cost. I wish my experience was a rare occurrence, but I had family members who ordered phone cases at the same time as me (although through eBay instead of directly from their website) and they had the same experience of the shipping taking much longer than expected and the cases being poorly printed with a white border. They were also sent the wrong cases, with both the wrong design and the wrong case for their phone models, they were sent cases for a phone model made in 2015.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from Head Case at all, whether it's directly through their website or Amazon/eBay, their cases look nothing like they are supposed to and they feel cheaply made.

I ordered a personalised phone case

I ordered a personalised phone case, which was easy to use and create.
I haven't received my case from a week ago and today I tried to log into my account only to find there is no record of my email address or account. This all seems a bit starnge !!!
I have emailed them to see when I will receive my phonecase and to find out why my account no longer exists..
Thank god I paid through PAYPAL who will help me get my money back should I open a dispute.
I would say think before you buy and make sure you read reviews. I certainly will in the future !!

Purchase at your own risk...

I placed an order with the company (goheadcase.com) after ordering one of their cases from the eBay store (which I've received). On the website they offer a wide selection, so I got excited! After spending a long time on the website browsing, I finally decided on 2 cases. I placed the order on 26/03/2018 and received the confirmation email advising my order would be with me within 5-7 business days. After not receiving my order around this time, I reviewed the website's shipping details and realized I never received a dispatch/ shipment email. I emailed customer service with my order reference number and was told they checked their system and could not locate my order (this was due to a recent system upgrade); however, upon additional review they received my payment and would process a refund. They also suggested I shop via their Amazon and eBay stores. Good news is...I received a refund; bad news is...I received a lesser amount; I am assuming this is due to the exchange rate. I emailed customer service back a few times regarding this matter and all I was told was to contact my bank regarding this as they have already refunded $11.90 GBP. I even asked if they could process the order manually! It is very disappointing that this was the first experience I had with the company. I am not going to say 'I don't recommend the company', all I will say is- purchase at your own risk keeping these reviews in mind. I also recommended the website to my friend and she also placed an order, I have suggested she too follow up with their customer service as she has not received her cases.

I placed an order on a Monday

I placed an order on a Monday, my account still said "Sent for Payment" come Wednesday when my account posted the transaction tuesday. I contacted the support and they said they couldnt find my order and they would process a refund and I would get it within 5-10 days, let's see if this actually is true.

Never use!!!!

Never received, still paid shipping

Ordered a case off Amazon. It would take a couple weeks to reach, fine. But it never arrived. I sent an email to complain and they said that they received the item back & will refund me the money minus the cost of shipping. How could I send it back to them, if I never received it in the first place??

I have sent.
I would not recommend this site to anyone.
Very dubious and questionable, I would not recommend anyone to buy something at this “company“ because after the purchase, they show absolutely no interest for the customers ... very bad

Still havent recieved the case i ordered a week ago. This company hasent replied to 4 emails i have sent. Very sketchy. Wouldent recommend to anyone....hope i get my case sometime soon...
