The Go Healthy range of vitamins
The Go Healthy range of vitamins, herbs and supplements is quite extensive and has some great products at reasonable prices. The Prostate formula works well and so does the Go Magnesium Sleep.
However the Go Good Night powder is rubbish. I read the ingredients and all looked good, though it did taste very sickly sweet. However within 20 minutes I felt a tingling feeling on my tongue, a response that I tend to get when I have sugar. I didn't connect it at the time, but when I had it again the next day my tongue broke out in ulcers. I checked the label again and there is no mention of it containing sugar, but my ulcered tongue was telling me that it either contains a lot of sugar or something worse.
The rest is going in the bin!
