It's very good. The only issue i have is if you pay manually before the allowance is due to your child, you are hit with allowance reminders through email/texts it wasn't paid directly through them.

Amazing it has help me to let my children contributing in house chores and taking their studies seriously.
Easy transaction and good to put kids down.
Am super happy with this.
The only problem I encounter was the birthday link I sent to people to donate towards my child birthday celebration it didn’t work for them.

While we cannot 'pull' the money automatically on a weekly basis, you can set up a weekly Standing Order from your bank to your GoHenry parent wallet. Once the money lands, our 'Allowance' feature will automatically move it to your child's card. Not regulated like banks

Not regulated like banks. Unsafe money deposit scheme with fees.. many banks offer free accounts with protection. Accepts payments from cards without the 3 digits on the back. Wide open.

At GoHenry, we pride ourselves on delivering a safe and secure product to support kids to get smart with money. You are right that we are not a bank; we are a financial technology company. We are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (Ref:900049) and partner with IDT Financial Services Limited, which is a regulated bank licensed by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. Because GoHenry is an e-money provider, your money is not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Instead, it is protected through safeguarding. This means 100% of customer funds are held in segregated accounts (currently with NatWest) that are legally separate from GoHenry’s business assets. So all the protections needed are in place.

In relation to the 3 digit CVV code you refer to. We utilise industry-standard security protocols, employing 3D Secure (the "Verified by Visa" screen), which almost always requires the CVV to initiate the verification process. There are only a few specific scenarios where you won't need to type in those three digits, such as recurring payments or those verified via 3D Secure/biometrics.

We strive to keep our fees transparent and competitive compared to traditional banks, often providing specialised services that high-street banks do not offer.
