I would give them zero stars if I could, very disappointed with this Company. They paid to be advertised on various social media platforms and I saw a toy that my Son would love for Christmas, so paid for it in November. There was an auto-response I received saying they were experiencing 'A larger volume than expected' in orders, which seems obvious to me if they are paying for advertising right before Christmas. The days and weeks are rolling by with no update at all, so I reach out for support. I received several automated replies from their 'Customer Services' with a link to the Tracking Website... Apparently my items were in China, but it was hard to understand as I can't read Chinese. The next time I checked my Tracking, the website Error 404'd... Tried getting in touch several more times and never got an appropriate response (If at all). Moving forward to January, the Company very clearly had no intention of sending the Christmas present, so I had to force a refund by opening a Sellers Dispute (Which was almost immediately fulfilled in my favour). Please DO NOT buy from this Company, I see from other reviews that even if you do by some miracle receive your products, they are very low quality or do not meet expectations. Avoid.

This is a complete scam. Faulty item and no contact re returns.

Brought some car de-icer items and they do not work so emailed to get a full refund but nothing. If only I read the feedback first would not have used. Do NOT recommend.

I ordered the baseball cap storage rack for my son as part of his Christmas present, disappointingly the hats wouldn’t fit on the rack and just fell out on the floor. Obviously not a good company to buy from given the 1,000 plus negative reviews on here

AVOID !!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought KPop figures for my Granddaughter for Christmas. They were advertised with lovely packaging boxed and the figures neatly lined up in the box. They cost me about £25. I waited about 4 weeks for them to arrive. When they did arrive the figures (which were well smaller than advertised) were just in a plastic bag. I emailed them same day to say I wanted a refund. I have been trying to send them back for 2 months. I eventually got an email back from them saying they would refund half the amount and when I declined that I haven't heard back from them since. I have emailed them half a dozen times with an email response from them that says do not keep sending emails as we are dealing with emails in the order they are received and a new email from you just goes to the back of the queue. Disgusting... Trading Standards should be well onto this Company.

Paid around £27 for a snort funny board game for the kids which was 3 weeks late and completely fake unfortunately. The children are devastated. Avoid at all costs

Ordered two sets of Scrabbled - we tried to play one of the sets on Christmas Day but the box had no rules & no bag as advertised. Cannot give the 2nd set as planned gift so have requested to return both. The first email was returned with address unrecognised even though taken from order. Have found a 2nd email address & so far this hasn’t been returned…. I await a response in New Year.

Awful company. Placed my order jn November. Still not received it. They say it was delivered 7/12/25. Not to my address. Ignoring emails. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Poor quality cat toy product. One of the three purchased didn’t work at all. The other two work for a minute or less and then need recharging. Not as described in the advert. AVOID.

Ordered the hot wheels advent calendar . Paid £25 including delivery. Ordered on 23rd November. It is now 17th December and still waiting. Have emailed requesting a refund 3 times. No reply.
If I could have given a minus score I would. I grudge even giving one star

Absolutely awful company, the products they sell are substandard, dangerous, fire hazards and should not be allowed to trade. They do not respond to emails etc. they advertise money back guarantee. Good luck!! Sh*te company. Scam

Absolutely disgusted with the WWii Advent calendar. Took over 3 weeks to arrive, eventually arriving on the 9th December. The item does not match the advertisement and the planes are plastic, bent and are a disgrace. I have written to complain and request a refund but I very much doubt i will hear anything. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL CIST
