This my first time ordering from goi, and this is the second mistake you make for a single order.

(First was you were not the size I ordered. Anyway I receive -10% on perhaps my futur order)

Indeed secondly I ordered the black Huraa dress, and I receive the Sagi dress (look at the pictures below).
I am really disappointed.

please do something.

I like the design of the dress but the quality is not so good. Also the courier costs are a lot for a country that is also in Europe.

I had a very good experience with their service. The item was shipped the next day and came to my address in about three days. No problems here.
The dress looked great, the material looked good and I was very happy with it. However, the size was far too small even though I wear XS usually. Dress was way too short and rolled up to length of a shirt after making two moves so it was unwearable.

I was one of the first people to order the new goi collection and I didnt even receive a tracking number. After multiple emails I sent I eventually received it. I was very upset that despite being one of the first to order I did NOT receive my order on time which meant I could not participate in the competition. I was extremely upset because not only did I receive horrible service but I also did not get the opportunity to participate DESPITE ordering at the very beginning of the drop.

I never received my parcel spent 120 euros and never received it I received a shipment confirmation never a tracking number. I emailed support 4 times and never got a response.

sorry the quality is not good :(((( have to repair the chain and the seam is to come undone at one side of the bra… i wear it 3 times :((

Biggest waste of money ever

Thin material the chains keep breaking no support whatsoever

The top I bought doesn’t sit right the whole thing is just tacky and cheap

I love it 😻 it really suits very good on my body 💕

You said you deliver in 3 days from the purchase, it’s been 7 days tomorrow. Still haven’t received the package

There was a little problem with shipping. The GOI costumer service was very helpful.
The products are just amazing. Literally just ordered again before y’all sale out!
Would love some more *male* clothes. Can’t wait to see the future of GOI

Las piezas son lindas la cual fue la razón que las compré. Pero al recibir las; la cualidad de la ropa es muy mala. Very cheap in my opinion. I was expecting way better quality considering what you pay for each item. The dress I bought you can’t even put your head through which is ridiculous. The pants are not even a thick material how it looks on the site. Very disappointed and the fact that I have to pay for returning all these items.

Unfortunately the chains ripped several times while wearing it. Had to repair it many times and have just worn it once. Luckily layered on top of another piece

First time buying from Goi - clothes are very reasonably priced (though the shipping cost is a bit of a pain! In saying that, I understand why it needs to be, so it’s no big deal). My order came within a reasonable time frame and the product looks as it does online. Sizing is accurate too! Would buy again.

I love the pants But the shorts are a bit short for me.. i am 176cm

I didn't receive a tracking number or a mail back for days!
