This company is a breath of fresh air
This company is a breath of fresh air! I had a bit of an usual request but Go Internet wern't fazed and dealt with my enquiry very professionally. Rural internet installed in my static caravan.
The installers are also worth a mention. Very friendly, neat and tidy. All done in around an hour and a half.
Brilliant service!

Well, as a returning customer the people I spoke to on the phone were good. I got the equipment, rang several times for instructions and for a phone number. I tried for a few days and a few calls to no avail. I called in an engineer who put it together but could not get the phone to work. He rang you and a gentleman did a revue and discovered the phone number was not connected. As soon as he did something at your end it then worked. I had to pay the engineer £100 for his investigation and I did not appreciate that.. I have the engineer’s

I have had a good listen through all the call recordings and I am struggling to understand what more we could have done. It is unusual for someone to receive a set of instructions and not want to keep us on the phone until the issue the service is working. We are sorry that you felt the need to get external help, however, I am certain that had we have been able to keep you on the phone for long enough, we'd have been able to walk you through the steps needed to get your service connected up correctly.

I have not had a lot of contact with Go Internet apart from initial enquiry and purchase and then assistance as I couldn’t get it set up.
I’m sure I was dealt with by Ashley on both occasions and I cannot praise him highly enough. He was extremely professional and courteous in dealing with a retired numpty who is completely clueless regarding these things. He walked me through the set up and now I have wonderful high speed internet.
Having moved from a grade II listed Edwardian apartment with download speed approaching that of a comatose snail, it is a complete revelation.
