Escalation team are responsive

Eric assisted me and I satisfied with the service I cancelled because is not what I expected. I wait for my refund.

I’m really disappointed and frustrated. The ad said 1 box of kids’ clothes for 45 QAR, so I ordered it. But after entering my details, I was suddenly charged 50 USD (around 180 QAR) — and only after the charge did I receive a subscription notice I never agreed to.This is clear false marketing and feels like a scam meant to take advantage of people. I trusted the offer, and instead I ended up losing money for something I didn’t want.
Please don’t fall for this. I hope my experience warns others before they get tricked the same way.

It was nice that you take accountable for this auto deduction

This a scam website. I was shopping online and I was redirected to the gokidclothes website. I didn't notice until after I had paid that I was not charged by the website I was using but from gokidclothes. After I saw that the charge was from not from the merchant of my choice, I blocked my card and contacted gokidclothes to ask for a refund. I used the live chat but I was talking with a robot. The messages told me that it was a subscription fee, non refundable according to their terms and conditions. The problem is that I never meant to subscribe in the first place. Admittedly, I should have been more careful. This doesn't change the fact that this is a scam website.

Had a good experience, and the support staff is active for helping.

Extremely unhelpful customer service. Stock answers with no effort to resolve a problem. Took more money than they first advised, with no intention of refunding it. Stay away from them.
