My Fronius inverter recently lost WiFi connection with the app on my smart phone.
After numerous attempts by myself to re-connect the systems following various instructions from Google & You Tube I contacted Gold Coast Solar Power solutions who had installed the system 12 months previously. On explaining the problem to ADAM he organised a technician from his company who attended the same day and resolved the problem.
This prompt and courteous service was much appreciated and was typical of the service I have received from this company since the outset of their installation of the solar system.

Great service, went above and beyond to provide all the information we needed, then disconnected our battery ready to transfer to our new property for a very reasonable price, and worked in with our tight timeline as well. A big callout to Jadon for all his time and his perseverance in responding to my barrage of questions over several months leading up to my final purchase of 30 x 440 Watt JA Solar Panels (13.2kw), a Sungrow 9.8 kW Hybrid Inverter and a Sungrow 9.6 kW battery. This replaces my earlier poor quality and faulty Trina solar system which was installed 15+ years ago by a now defunct installer (unrelated to GC Solar Power Solutions).

The installers were very accommodating as they came out and removed the old system giving me a week to arrange for a roof cleaner to come out and give the roof a clean and apply a sealer before the new system went on. The installation team was incredibly efficient and they had almost completed the install in a single day but for the rain which was a huge effort. They came back and completed the install in a couple of hours the flowing day early in the morning completing the installation quickly and without compromising on quality. Having an early completion meant I got almost a full day of solar input. They explained to me the kit they'd installed along with the powering down and up process as well as taking me through the new features of my meter box and the blackout settings. Sam was not only highly knowledgeable but also very helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions whilst ensuring I was fully across the entire product.

I would also like to give thanks to Simon when he came out in early January 2024 after the Xmas cyclonic storm and inspected my solar system and those of my two neighbours. Simon identified a fault with one of my panels and isolated it from the array to ensure it didn't cause the entire system to short out. Whilst it rained he also swapped out my neighbours inverter which had perished due to the storm. Apart from the few individuals mentioned here the entire team exhibited professionalism and expertise as well as an open and honest approach, making the transition to the new and improved solar energy system seamless and stress-free.
