I chose to subscribe directly through the Gold website rather than purchasing from Boots, as the cost was the same. Unfortunately, my very first delivery experience has been extremely disappointing.
Yodel, delivery partner, left the parcel unattended on a high-traffic street, and it was subsequently stolen. I was never informed nor did I authorize the parcel to be left outside in such an insecure location.
I contacted Yodel, but they refused to take responsibility and redirected me to Gold. I have since sent multiple emails to your customer service team. Additionally, the phone number provided in the subscription confirmation email appears to be invalid or no longer in service.
This experience is unacceptable.

I placed 3 orders, separately, however when you delivered, you delivered all three orders without notifying me, I stayed for the whole week waiting for the second and third orders to be delivered. My parcels even delayed its shipment schedule, cos I thought it was not full delivered. Please allow customers to order more that 1 quantity or communicate how shipment will be ordered.

Have been taking gold for 30days and not really noticed any difference but like the product. Had a subscription but took 5 days for renewal to be sent to me, so without product!!! Not effective if I stop taking for 5 days.
Sent email but no apologies just stupid replies. 29th june renewal received on the 4th May!!!!!

I’ve only taken it for 10 days but do think my arthritic knee isn’t as painful. I don’t think this will last for 60 days so not cheaper probably than the small bottles which is what I was trying to achieve.

This is sad to write this as Gold Collagen are my favourite collagen company. Last Friday they advertised a free pink lipstick ‘holiday special ‘ when you place an order. I jumped at the chance and placed an order as I running low on their amazing night serum.
The lipstick was sent was a red lipstick (not pink as advertised.) O emailed customer service who said “The only shade currently available is our Velvet Rouge lipstick and it is available only as a GWP.” I feel deflated as I’ve been searching for a nice pink lipstick and the red one is amazing. But I already own it. I dearly love Gold Collagen but it feels (as a customer and subscriber, they lied to me. I even offered to buy it (I wanted it so badly as the photo of it on the day I received the email looked perfect.) Massively let down. I wonder how many other customers thought they would get a pink lipstick?..

Answered my queries effectively and took the action I requested immediately

My box of bottles arrived with one broken with sharp glass exposed and littered in box. Liquid had leaked throughout box leaving other bottles stuck with sticky died liquid. Box damaged and wet with bottle liquid.
I have now sent no less than six emails to their customer service dpt with photos of damage. The customer service team or the AI they use has still not sent a refund after saying they would. This has been going on for a month!
