AVOID THIS COMPANY.
After ordering in December I noticed (almost immediately) the address was wrong.
I emailed the straight away and rang ever day for the next 3 days to be told it had been noted and the order wouldn't ship untill it got corrected(why they couldn't update the order info there and then I have no idea).
A week later it was shipped to the wrong address and I was told it was my fault and it needed to be recovered by myself.
No accountability or help from the seller at all.
2 months on still left with no product.

Never delivered, they use a delivery company apparently failed to delivery as no one was in but 100% always have someone in, maybe delivery knew what they was delivering, email they send you for re-delivery option does not have actual options, a very very poor service from these people, first and last order!

Your online process is great
Your online process is great, straight forward easy to navigate. But your telephone helpline is very frustrating. Waiting for 30 minutes upwards to talk to an advisor, to then be connected to another person who takes the call and says it can take 48hrs up for a call back. This is poor customer service.
