AWFUL experience - Holding customer funds
AWFUL experience. I’ve genuinely received better customer service from self-service checkouts.
This company shows no regard for its customers whatsoever. I am currently waiting to find out whether they will honour an order I had already locked in or issue a refund. In the meantime, my funds are being held with no confirmation either way.
When dealing with price-sensitive purchases, this is completely unacceptable. Holding customer funds without promptly confirming or refunding an order is not how a financial investment company should operate. All the while, I could have taken my business to another broker.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company and using a trusted bullion dealer that actually values and appreciates its customers.

Shit company, fake business they never answer they put you through to answer phone which isn't a proper team or even part of there team who take your credentials and never call you back they probably even just kept it, because I've noticed scam calls recently everyone should boycott this terrible business I have an important event coming up and they have ruined my wedding completely DO not shop with them it's at your own risk there plenty better merchants
