I wished I had read this before ordering. I ordered an ipad keyboard on Apr 2. It is now May 16 and I have no indication when or if I am getting it. I've emailed them 4 times with no reply. Do not buy from this company.
Do not order from this company
I placed an order 2nd February 2025 for 2 items - an iPad keyboard case and an iPad usb hub. The usb hub was delivered 2 weeks later but I am still waiting for the keyboard. I have emailed 3 times with no response. The tracking shows that only 1 of 2 items have been delivered. I paid by credit card which I try never to do so unfortunately I probably have no hope of seeing my item or money again. I ordered from an ad on Facebook.

I ordered on April 3rd, had to reach out to customer service via email 4 times before response. They said they didn’t have anymore available of the color that I ordered. So I’m like why didn’t you email or call to explain this? So
I was told I could exchange for a different color which was now the only color they have of rose gold. Not worth the price and color is ugly which is why I wanted a different color. Won’t refund my money neither and now a month and a half later I get it. They are crooks, never again. Buyers beware!!
I have yet to receive my iPad case
I have yet to receive my iPad case. I have sent over 4 emails, called daily, left voicemails - no response at all. The phone number I found is a cell number. It answers "Gold and Cherry Apple Solutions" - I would hope with the response like this, they are not a part of Apple. This is very upsetting to pay over $130 for an iPad case and not get it. Do not buy from Gold and Cherry!

Shipped my iPad case to an address nowhere near me. Then promised to ship a second one. After that they ignored all emails. Thankfully I ordered it through Affirm and finally received my money back.

I just wanted to add my name to the list of more people that have not received their iPad case. Zero response from emails. Zero follow up from customer service. Thankfully, my credit card company gave back my money with no questions asked and they can deal with golden cherry. Hopefully they shut down the company.

I did not get my iPad 360 keyboard case. It’s been more than 3 months. When I sent in a ticket for it their “MonkProtect” (place that takes issues for Gold & Cherry) DENIED my claim. No explanation, no follow-up, no questions …. Just DENIED!!!! And of course I’ve emailed the company MANY times and have gotten ZERO responses from them. That’s almost $200. that I basically threw away. PLEASE for the love of all things honest, DO NOT buy from this company! I really needed this case, but alas, yet another SCAM.

I too wished I had read the reviews! I live in Mansfield and my order was delivered in Corsicana! I have been emailing them every day and no one is answering me. I paid for the pen and iPad case and still I haven’t received anything. I will be contacting my attorney!
SCAM - Do not order from Gold & Cherry
Do not order from this company! Its a total scam. Ordered product on January 17th. Received email 10 days later that product had shipped but the tracking number provided was fake. I checked again a few days later and still got an error that the tracking number was not found. I reached out to Gold & Cherry customer service and got a note back saying that the tracking email was "sent in error" and due to high demand there was a shipping delay but my order would ship in a few days. That was the last time I heard from them. No other tracking info was ever provided. No product was ever shipped. Repeated emails to customer service asking for status went unresponded to. I ended up initiating a fraud investigation with my credit card company and they found the claim to be valid and refunded my money.
Scam
Well after waiting forever. Got a Tracking number. It was delivered to a different address in a different state. Now my address is gone order is gone. They are a SCAM!

I never received my item. It was “delivered” 4 hours from me and then the company blocked me on all platforms from contacting them. I have disputed the charges with Affirm and highly recommend no one EVER use this company. They are a scam!!!

I wish that I had read the reviews prior to my order. I ordered an IPad case and after several weeks found on the tracking app that it had been delivered to some address over 200 miles from me. I have had no response from the company after several emails. An earlier item had been shipped and received but the charger was not designed to work with my AirPods. When I contacted them and asked for a return authorization the process for return and refund was so convulsed that it became obvious they had no intention of refunding my money. In total it is over a $300 loss. I will be reporting this to my bank as a fraud and see where I go from there. This is absolutely a case of buyer beware. Total scam as far as I’m concerned
