I really wish I had come here first

I really wish I had come here first. I bought a case with Gold and Cherry, it arrived without incident, but then broke in under a year. They offered me a discount to buy another, so I did, begrudingly because I did like the cover. That one also broke in under a year. NOW they refuse to respond to emails and instagram comments or messages. Do not waste your money on these. And always look for reviews first. Lesson learned.

iPad case order and has not been rec'd after 2 months

I ordered an iPad case that was to be delivered 7 to 10 business days after ordering. It has now been 2 months and several emails to them since the order was made. Originally I was told "We’re pleased to inform you that your order has already been shipped and is on its way to your address." No tracking number was provided. Then the "The package we shipped was lost in transit, we will reship another unit for you". The excuses just kept coming: "Your shipment was lost." to "we are experiencing some delays due to the high demand". They have not responded to my last email.

Customer Service is run by Crickets! No response No Refund

I bought a case for my iPad Pro 13” and it was too heavy for my arthritic hands. Contacted them and they gave me instructions with a number to return the item. They received the return in mid February. Now when I ask when I might get my refund … silence. I even told them I would contact the BBB if they did not at least email me and nothing. I would not buy from this company … save your time and money!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered on 2/14. Order has sat without any communication since then. Company will not answer email or Facebook messages. If you put any negative comments on their page they will delete comments and then block you. If you look at how many comments their posts say they have and how many are left you can see how many negative comments are removed. I even found one where AI summary mentioned how many unhappy people there are but none of those comments exist because they remove and block anyone who complains or questions where the order is at. Filling a dispute with my bank. Never again.

Gold and Cherry scammers

Update 08/03/25 - looks like all pages and videos have now been deleted from Facebook. Maybe they’ve finally done something about all the bad reviews!

I ordered iPad case a month ago and after my 2nd email someone responded and refunded me 10% of my total back and said they didn’t have any stock in until 25 Feb. I’ve emailed them every day since with no responses. DO not buy from these people. I only wish I’d read the reviews first.

Trying to get a refund...

Currently attempting to claim a refund with this company and cancel through affirm. Never received the product, shipping never updates, they never respond to emails. Will update later.

Update 3/18. They "shipped" my product to the completely wrong address. The tracking went to an area not even within my zip code. Currently emailing again about this.

Update 3/30. Affirm refunded my entire purchase after a dispute. I guess they attempted to reach out to the sellers and didn't get a response or something. I never heard again from gold and cherry but at least I got my money back.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered the magnetic 360 iPad case for my 13” M4 in December and received it damaged. Went through the claims process with MonkProtect and finally got an approval in the middle of February and have still yet to hear from Gold&Cherry on any sort of resolution. I reached out to Gold&Cherry multiple times as well as MonkProtect and have not heard back from either company.

GOLD & CHERRY IS A SCAM

This company is fraudulent. I placed an order on February 7, 2025 but after seeing there was no update on when it would be shipped, I reached out to them via email on February 14, 2025 to cancel because I could not afford to leave my new iPad Pro 13 unprotected indefinitely - at that point, the order had not shipped. On February 15, they responded telling me:

"Although this item is currently out of stock and has not yet shipped, we are in the process of restocking it. Your tracking information will be updated when shipping resumes on February 25th, and we will prioritize your order to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible."

I responded right back to the message above on February 15, 2025 and asked them to proceed with canceling my order anyway and received no response. Then on February 17, 2025, two days later, I received a notification that my order shipped - AFTER I asked them to cancel twice. The keyboard was delivered on February 24, 2025. I decided to try the keyboard and when I checked the box, the keyboard didn't even come with a charger (like it's supposed to) and when I tried it on my iPad most of the letter keys don't work, so it is useless. I checked online and there are other customers who have experienced the same issues that I have. Given how unhelpful customer service has been, I realized that I am unlikely to see any money back even if I returned it.

If a customer asks to cancel an order for a product you admit you don't even have in stock, you should immediately honor that cancelation. Instead, they shipped a defective product because they know they can blame the customer for the defect and only give them a partial refund or no refund at all. I spent $180 on a case for nothing.

Please do not order from this company - IT IS A SCAM. I also don't believe it is Delaware-based at all - I find it hard to believe that a U.S. company would be able to engage in this conduct without being checked for so long. As an FYI, I submitted a version of the message above to both the company itself and Shopify, which seems to coordinate the company's online store, and never received a response from either.

Horrible company that scams and blocks customers

I placed this order on January 14th for a cherry iPad case and the only email update I got was on January 27th indicating it was on the way. After that, the company went silent. Their ads kept popping up on Facebook so I commented that I wish had known it would have taken more than a month to receive my order because at this point it’s mid February. Imagine my surprise to find out they blocked me. By February 28th, my order still isn’t here and they gave me a bogus tracking number that doesn’t work so I emailed them to no avail.

At this point, I contacted my bank and told them that this company has refused to tell me what happened to my order that was supposed to arrive last month per their shipping guidelines and they blocked me on Facebook and gave me a tracking number that doesn’t work. I’m grateful my bank gave me a temporary refund as I told them the product I paid for has not been received and it’s been almost TWO MONTHS!

I filed a BBB complaint to ensure others know about this company and their bad business practices as I see they only respond to their good reviews which is small in comparison to the negative reviews they have on TrustPilot. Their website is loaded with positive reviews but you see no negative reviews which lets me know they scrub the site with ensure customers are mislead into buying their products. This was a valuable lesson learned because I will never buy another product from them or any other company before coming to TrustPilot or BBB.

I purchased a IPAD Pro case from this company. I never received a tracking number. They never reponded to my numerous emails and social media posts. I am disputing this with my cc company and filing a complaint with BBB. I don't know if these postive reviews are real or fake.
Companies like this make me leary of purchasing merchandise from companies that are new to me.

Scam. Do not purchase from.

This company is a scam and they will steal your money. They don’t respond to inquiries. They sent me a fraudulent FedEx number. I want my money back and I have no idea how to go about that since they refuse to acknowledge any communications I send them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience, from the moment I pressed "Order".

I even added the Expedited shipping option, I purchased on 12/16 4 iPad Mini keyboards as accessories to 4 iPad Mini tablets I gifted each of my children. I was promised no later than 4-days shipping. What they don't tell you - they can take as long as they want to "PROCESS" your order, before shipping. After calling, emailing, Facebook requests both in Posts and in Messenger.... they finally reply on 12/24 that they shipped the items. By the time 12/23 came, I was asking to stop my order and just cancel it. They refused. They said I could return it, OR... as an alternative, I could take 50% off my next order (I'm sorry, are you stupid??). On 12/24 I filed a dispute with my card for a chargeback. They later replied saying they'd shipped the items (4) on 12/19. I received 2 items on 12/26 (4 days shipping?) and the other 2 items 3 days after that. Meanwhile, they refused to cancel the order, demanded I pay to return the items (if I ever got them, because at the time I didn't receive them, nor did I EVER get tracking info) and I refused to pay for shipping. After my bank (FINALLY) contacted me, they DENIED my claim, saying that G&C provided tracking and therefore I received my purchased items. BULLSHIT! So I finally sent them back, with tracking - AND STILL NO REFUND!!!!! So now they've stolen $500 from me.

They sold me an iPad case and did not offer any updates. When I contacted them they confirmed the item was “out of stock” and offered me items of compensation if I waited, which I TURNED DOWN. They ignored all my instructions to cancel my order with them and then shipped the item anyway.
So I will now have a “returns fee” deducted from my refund when I refuse the parcel.
I tried Emailing, Messaging and more to get them to cancel the order which they ignored. And when I left multiple posts on their page to warn other customers of their scam, they blocked me.
DO NOT BUY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

You will never receive your products

You will never receive your products. They will not answer any emails, which is the only way to contact them. Gave up after two months and disputed the transaction with my bank to get the money back. Also reported to BBB. Don’t waste your time with this company. Total scam.
