I had a really great experience at Arthur Gold. Lawrence who helped me with selling my rings was extremely friendly, professional and respectful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and gave me a fair price.
It’s not always easy selling jewellery that may have sentimental value, but his kind and reassuring approach made the experience so much easier. I really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service.

I’d been reading up on Gold Arthur for a few weeks and wanted to take a few little bits that were just sat not being used, I had no idea if a couple of bits were even gold! I was a little nervous about meeting in a car park but was met by Milo who was very polite and friendly and put me at ease straight away. He was helpful and explained everything and I was under no pressure at all to accept the offer made. I sold 3 out of 5 pieces and the money was in my account within 2-3 days. It was all straightforward.

Zia was very professional and gave an excellent service. He explained everything he did during my appointment and gave his honest opinion. I didn’t once feel pressured into selling my gold, was offered a great price and will definitely use Gold Arthur again.

This is a very convenient service and the experience was a pleasure (lovely new van, pleasant and friendly chap), however I only received 85% of spot price and I am still waiting for the money in my bank account. That isn’t good! You can walk into independent gold shops, get a better price and get paid by cash or BACS instantly. It was an experiment for me, but I won’t be going back to Gold Arthur.
