As soon as you want to return something, or ask for a refund after returning, they ghost you.
Thank God for PayPal’s buyer’s protection.
Even though they offer mid-class leather products (but marketing them as top class), the price you're paying for the products should correspond with the customer service.
Unfortunately, their customer service replies only and until you issue an order, after that they disappear.
Consider it some kind of Scam.
They say you have a 14 day return window. But they never respond to communications regarding the product or returns. SCAM! Their products are nice, but if it’s not what you want, forget any hope of return or customer service. Terrible! Would NEVER recommend. To be avoided.
