Do not use this business if you want your order

Order Not received but they sent me an email asking to review the product. I assumed it was a postage issue but when I contacted them they hadn’t even submitted the order to their supplier. There is zero communication from them when calling they answer then serve people in the shop instead of dealing with complaints, I asked for them to follow up with me to confirm they could fulfil my order I didn’t hear from them. I called and asked for a refund they said it would be with me within 24-48 hours a week later still no refund the employees are useless. Do not use this business.

After waiting for a week for it to arrive,after they’d said it’d been dispatched, having 2 emails to review item before I received it then I had a email to say they’ve refunded me as item was not in stock, not happy as this was a gift.

Don’t order from this company.
Worst customer experience, director of the company just lies to her customers. Didn’t send me the third bottle I paid for. Back and forth with her for ages. Still don’t have it. Awful. Don’t order. scammer
