My experience with this company has been terrific so far ! I had accidentally put in the wrong address for my order and after I had emailed them I was contacted immediately! Golden denim‘s team got everything situated and I also ended up saving some money on the shipping using their help! I will never buy Golden Denim Men's again.
They do a bait and switch. The picture on the website was a great wash. The $120 Jean was a budget wash.
DON'T GET SUCKERED AND BUY ANY JEANS FROM THEM. YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY. TOO MANY OTHER WEBSITES TO BUY FROM LIKE EMBELLISH ETC!!!!

We use the best fabric thats available to us and work with some of the best wash houses in Los Angeles. On top of that we only take pictures of the product once all the of shipment has arrived. We do this so that we can avoid any discrepancies. We kindly ask you to please bear in mind that all pictures are shot in a professional setting with a professional photographer using a professional camera. However, we do apologize for any inconveninces this might have caused you and would love to make it up to you if given the opportunity.

Terrible quality control. Terrible sizing. I will never buy from again.
I bought two expensive pairs of jeans from Golden Denim. Never again. The first had a waist that was literally 5 inches too large for the size. The second pair had the front button snapped off when it arrived, and the back label was so poorly stitched on that it was falling off. It came out of the package like that. For $130 jeans. I cannot believe they would ship products this poorly made. This is after the order was over a week late to be mailed. I emailed for a refund. It's been 3 days and I've heard nothing.

It would be nice if Customer Service was a little more attentive to its customers. I really want to give GOLDN a nice review but I am unable to at this moment.

We're terribly sorry you feel that way but we hope that you can understand that we can not accept returns when it comes to the face mask's. In the current state our country is in, it is just not possible and for that we apologize.
Even prior to this review, we stated that we were going to reimburse you for the mask's and also allow you to keep the items as gifts from us to you. It's a little disheartening to see that you would still proceed to write this review but we know we can not please everyone.

One word: Quality
The quality of the fabric is great. I especially like that soft fabric liner that helps with sweat. Fits well. Only thing it’s missing is a nose mold but it doesn’t need it like other mask. Has a sort of cup and it sits on your nose. Thanks guys!
