I’ve been playing golden genie for awhile now and everytime I’ve won I’ve been paid within a few days. Now I’ve won a good amount of money which is £2200 on the 5th December 2024 I still haven’t received my money. I’ve been told my agents to be patient which I have and waited. Keep hearing the same excuses. January 30th 2025 I cancelled my withdrawal and it went back into my gaming account as I still didn’t receive my money and now I’ve done a bank transfer. Yet again still no money. All the agents now just leave the chat before you can talk to them. I am getting a lawyer involved cause I don’t care how much it costs now just want the money that I’m owed. Avoid this site as they are scammers

Was skeptical after reading the reviews and didn’t think I would receive my winnings. I put in a request to withdraw my winnings on Tuesday and received them the following Monday.

Read the reviews and thought shit no way am I getting my winnings , well surprised surprise winnings were paid out within 24hr , excellent.

Unable to access site most of the time due to IP address error. Occasionally I can login but if I try to change games and then kicks me out and then I have this problem for many more hours again. It’s a crap Casino

SCAMMERS - Quick to take a deposit, but when you attempt to withdraw you get an email advising withdrawal confirmed - But when you speak to the chat they copy and paste messages without looking into the withdrawal because they already know then they palm you off saying EVERY withdrawal method is 7-21 days although the site only says that's bank transfers? Then they end and disable the chat function if you ask further questions. Criminals

They dont have a button to press if you want to close your account they ask you to email and when you do they never respond.. please don’t get hooked to this app.. they will scam you

Absolutely diabolical. No human interaction on chat ans close chat at earliest opportunity. 2aited on a £350 withdrawal since Mid June. This week had an email saying transaction was risky and funds returned to online account. Online support (bot) told me to request the withdrawal again. So I now expec to wait until at least Christmas before I have anymore solid answers. I am not hopeful I will see my winnings again.

They are do blazee about it all too. Not giving a monkeys. That's the most annoying part of this shambolic state of affairs.

There was a glitch on the site this week and none if the games opened, just showed the same error message for all. I had made 2 deposits of £25, in quick succession because they didn't look as if they'd gone through. I saw that they were in pending and when I got onto the chat, was told the amounts would eventually show up or be paid back to my bank account. Chat has now been disabled, the support email bounces back and the £50 is sitting in pending. TBH reading all the comments, I can see I won't see this money again.

I’ve asked for what I’ve deposited back instead of what I won and still got no response , I’d cut your loses everyone you won’t recieve it and don’t think anyone has done anything about shutting the company down aswell might aswell take your money out your pocket in the street and run away with it, my chat is now blocked .

Deposited a few times in March, won £300 and withdrew winnings, waited and waited, knowing it can take 21 working days, no payment, 2 months later I’m emailed and told to cancel my withdrawal and try a new method the sited has available which will be nearly instant. I’m guessing that management expect people to gamble their winnings away at this point. I try the new method, and wait and wait. Then get told via email that they had to cancel my withdrawal and funds were back in my account. I decided to spin my winnings as I’m not getting it anyway, I double my money and again I’m waiting and waiting, when I ask about getting my winnings, chat gets turned off. Rude agent. Crap scam site. Stay clear!!

I requested a withdrawal on the 9th June and still not received it. Everytime i message the live chat i get the same response saying that checked and verifications are being made and that it will be processed soon then they end the chat before i can reply. Theyre so unhelpful and dont care. I dont think im going to get the money if im honest it just seems like its a scam site theyve had alot of money deposited by me and im more than entitled to the winnings i accumulated. Has anyone else had the same issues? Has anyone actually received their winnings?

Withdraw 240 € on the 04.07.24, still no transfer to my account, the chat bot is just using pre written text blocks, no real person on the chat, now the blocked the chat box on my account, and all the emails are returning with a mail-deamon-message.

Do not use this casino. It may seem OK as it does let you withdraw the first couple of times albeit you have to contact customer service etc and the withdrawal process takes they say from 7 to 21 days. I withdraw on 22nd June and as at middle of August still waiting, customer service say the usual template answers, be patient etc etc, the emails lve sent go unanswered. I've now given up and put it down to experience. Hopefully my bad experience and most of the reviews on here can stop someone signing up to these less than reputable casino.

I signed up for Golden Genie through a GPT site, expecting a decent experience. I deposited £25 and wagered across five different slots, anticipating some fun and maybe even a win. However, things quickly went south.

I reached out to their support to confirm my wagers, but they refused to provide any assistance. They claimed they had nothing to do with the advertiser, which makes no sense considering that's how I found them. To make matters worse, they blocked me on live chat when I insisted on some clarification.

The support agent, Bambi, was utterly unprofessional and seemed clueless about their own platform. It's frustrating to deal with someone who has no idea what's going on. The support is totally useless, leaving me feeling cheated and ignored.

Save your money and time—Golden Genie is a scam through and through. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible site most you will win is £20 the RNG is false every game plays the same it’s so obvious stay clear of site and customer service is no good all say the same thing should not be a legit site how they have got it up and running still is beyond me

This casino is waste do not play on it I won £200 withdraw it on 9th April then I got email to say logging and withdraw again as they were having technical problems. So I did and this was on the 18th May and yet am still to receive my winning off this site . I have emailed numerous times to not receive anything back . I have gone on live chat to find out what is happening with it and staff are rude and disconnect your chat or I get your in the high queue and winnings should be with you very soon . Do not play this casino or any that is sister site . Quick to take your money but not to pay out

Deposited played and won. More than two months on still waiting on a withdrawal. Just getting the run around. It’s still pending. Please do not waste your money on this scam site.
