Packed with thought and care.

So, looking for an anniversary gift, my search pointed me to GoldenHands, and the website was nice and easy to check out my purchase - always a winning start!

However, what really impressed me was the care and attention to keeping me informed afterwards, and I don't just mean being emailed my tracking number promptly. No, for you see there was a slight hiccup with the dispatch of my parcel - just one of those things, couldn't be helped - but right away I was sent a message letting me know, and when things were being put right, I even had a phone call from the absolutely lovely owner of GoldenHands - you couldn't hope to find a more pleasant person, it was the telephonic equivalent of a hug!

Would I recommend shopping at GoldenHands? One thousand percent yes. Will I be calling in in person if I should find myself down in that neck of the woods? You betcha!

I ordered a week ago , I haven't heard anything since, certainly NO Parcel so getting a bit worried as to where my money has gone

i use to go there in person before I moved to uni and the staff where always so nice but now I moved away i order my stuff on line and its always nicely packed and turns up in a fast time

These gifts came well packaged and so secure so there was no chance of damage in transit. The delivery was swift despite being from the opposite side of the country and lastly, there were so many of heartwarming touches from Pauline! A smiley face in the box, a extra toy free of charge, some beautiful gift wrapping as well as a magnet from the companies home town! Outstanding service!!!! :D

I wish this shop was near where I lived I would be in every week! Pauline did two orders for me over the phone very friendly and helpful and with product knowledge.Very happy with the service and I loved the personal touch of the handwritten note in the parcel and the free car freshener with it.expecting my second parcel any day my first arrived quickly very happy with my pendle witch very good quality.highly recomend this shop

Although my order was small it was a nice touch to receive a complimentary air freshener and dinky fridge magnet in the parcel.
