I bought it end die otter day it arived

I'm very happy with my Bone Conduction Wave headphones. The sound is truly fantastic, and you can clearly hear everything around you. I hope I can enjoy them for a long time to come.
( There is something but they are trying to solve it, )

One ear was defect after 1 year and after some tests I received a complete new set! What a great service!

Quality:
I have ordered Golden Sound Sleep three times — twice last year and once this January.
In all of the orders, the same defect occurred: only one earplug worked.
Last year, my husband and I ignored the issue. However, my husband’s unit stopped working completely this year, so we ordered a new one in January. Unfortunately, on the first day, one earplug did not work again.

Expensive for earbuds and not suitable to sleep with which they are advertised for.

A great product i use druring my runs. Stays in place and great sound quality. Quick delivery en good costumers services

Ordering, paying, delivery, all very quick and without any hassle.
Customer support replies also very quick with good answers to my questions.
My headset feels good and sounds good.
Now it can prove itself over time

The earbuds are a great fit with good sound, perfect for in bed. Unfortunately mine became defective but I got sent a replacement without any issues. Good costumer service.

I've got the Pro's and (with the correct plugs that seal the ear) the sound in fanatastic.

My set had a little mailfunction which I told Golden Sound. They checked the buds live and they concluded that the mailfunction was real.
Without hesitation they replaced them for new ones.

Fantastic service I would say.

The delivery was on time. The sleep Pods I bought did not works as told. They ran out of battery while I was sleeping and though they are small, did did still hurt my ears when I was sleeping on my side. Returning was easy, but not free.

Device is a good fit and works well when calling. I use it also professionally for conferencing. Music quality is decent. Customer services was great: very responsive to messages and helpful solving an issue.

From day one this company was great communication wise. They had send me the wrong colour and they quickly corrected that. I absolutely love my ear buds, they are light so much so that I forget I have one in. The sound is great not to mention the price. I will fall asleep wearing one and wake up with it still in my ear...

Great product. Unfortunately, the charger became defective, but it was replaced without any issues under the warranty.

The Golden Sound Wave works really well for swimming. The sound is clear underwater, it fits comfortably, and the built-in music storage is convenient.

My questions were quickly answered by the customer service. I'm happy with the product.

Great quality for the price! You'll miss out on a few of the newest features that brands costing triple the price might offer, but the audio quality is good, as well as the active noise cancelling. I'm not going back to Sony. Those buds crapped out on me too often. I've been using these golden sound buds for a year now or so and they're still going strong.

Great quality and the customer service even better. Had an isseu with pairing the earbuds and had send an email, within 24 hours I got a reply with how to fix it. A couple months later the silicone covers didn't stay in the buds anymore and again 1 simple email and that was resolved with a great solution.

The earbuds themselves work great and hard hardly noticeable when you lay on them. Perfect to fall asleep with!
