It was so comfortable at the office. The staff was very friendly. They shared lots of information and went over it to make sure I understood everything. They were very patient. I would recommend this place in a heart beat!!!!!

Art gave me an education-in-a-nutshell about storage facilities. I went to several others in the area, and every time I went, they were closed for some reason. The price was competitive, and the people running the office are courteous and professional.

Every single one of the customer service agents are amazing! They are always so happy to help and have an answer for every question. The office and the grounds are emaculent. I have a storage unit here and I've rented a U-Haul through them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit or U-Haul

I paid ahead and received a payment waiver card - if I ever need it - plus a lock and the security of someone on the grounds 24/7. I just upgraded my unit. I have been a customer with Golden State for years now and the service is always amazing.

Needed to have payment withdraws on the first of each month as that is when account is funded. The management went sought out way to make this happen. Their effort was greatly appreciated.
