The front desk is very helpful and kind! Also affordable and I do not worry about storing my things at Golden State over the summer.

I have been using this storage facility for years. It's super clean and the staff has always been so friendly and helpful. I have referred several people and they feel the same way.

I needed a space to put all of my extra stuff after I moved. I called Golden State Storage first and asked for details. They were able to answer all of my questions and were extremely friendly. I went into the storage center the same day and was given a tour. Throughout the manager was extremely considerate and showed me the storage unit. I rented the unit that day. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone that wants to feel that their extra furniture and items are stored at a safe and friendly location.

Golden State Storage is convenient and very well maintained. The only thing lacking is an RV Dump station however they do allow me to dump free at their Camarillo facility which is much appreciated although somewhat inconvenient. The onsite management at both facilities is outstanding and very helpful.

I originally went on line and booked. Once I went in to set up they were very accommodating and due my physical limitations they were able to direct me to a unit that would be easier to access. This is the second time I have had a unit at the location on E Tropicana. Very happy customer.

Golden Storage has always great to us.. We have had multiple storage units with them. They have always been very good to my family. They work with you and try to get you the best price they can give. Cynthia and Wyman are very friendly. I would definitely go back if I need a storage again.

I have been very satisfied with my experience here as this is the third time that I have rented from Golden State Storage. Although management has changed I have always been treated with FRIENDLY RESPECT. I will continue to do business with Golden State Storage in future years.

I had ease of use by reserving my choice of storage size online. I was greeted by professionals who knew what they were doing, what they had to offer with superlative customer service. The facility and front office are spotless and organized well. The company offered many perks no other storage service offers such as a free pass on one late payment, direct deposit payments. The biggest and best selling point is the couple who run the front office and facility; they are a joy to know and I feel safe with my things in their care.

I was at Public Storage, which charged me almost $100 more per month with random rent increases during my tenure there. Golden State locked my monthly rate in, with a probable 3%-5% increase after a year, which I was told up front. The unit is clean, safe and perfect for my needs. I was given a lovely bottle of olive oil as a welcome gift along with a coffee mug. That was a really nice personal touch. I highly recommend storing your stuff here -- that is, if any spots are open!

Needing a storage unit, I decided to check this facility out first since I frequent the area this place is. After talking with the employees and being showed the storage units, I decided to stick with this facility and not look anywhere else. I didn't even price-check any other place. I thought the gentlemen were courteous and helpful so I rented a storage right then, Very clean and secure place.

The folks at this location are extremely friendly and very helpful. I know that my items are safe and well protected from the elements.

Everything has gone well so far. It was easy to to arrange to see the units, and to sign up on line. The payments are simple. I have easy access to my unit and the area is very clean with good night time lighting (important in the wintertime.) The managers are very friendly.

I am vey pleased with the cleanliness, security and staff at Golden State. I am impressed that the facility provides plenty of flat bed carts, brooms and trash receptacles that enable you to manage everything easily. I returned a truck to them when I completed my move and was able to sweep out and clean up to avoid extra charges, right there at the facility. Great staff and nicely run business. Thank you!
